I fell in love with the Saatchi Gallery many years ago when they were across the Thames in South Bank. He has an amazing collection of contemporary art. The new space in Sloan Square is also housed in a beautiful building. The location, a short walk from the Sloan Square tube stop, is terrific. You can shop or stop for a snack at Pret a Manger on your way to the gallery or eat in one of the restaurants ringing the park/plaza where the museum is.
The structure is a multi story building broken into a bunch of smaller exhibition spaces. The last time we visited, they were having a special exhibition of emerging artists, so I really can't comment on what's on now, but if you are a fan of contemporary art, this museum is sure to please and will definitely get you thinking. It's a personal favorite of mine and I include it in any trip to London.
