“Great location”

The Grange is a few steps away from St. Paul's cathedral. Being right in the center of things it's easy to get to and there's lots about. The room I had was very spacious, clean, modern. It overlooked a glass covered courtyard arrangement so it had a street like view without any of the street noise. Internet connectivity was good though I didn't use much of it. would definitely stay here again.

Beware of Studio upgrade. When we arrived they informed us at reception that we could check in earlier if we would like a free upgrade to a studio room with kitchenette. Naturally we whooped with joy at this stroke of luck. But..wait a minute. It's in a separate building. a building with no hotel bar, you have to walk down the street to come to breakfast, spa etc. The title 'studio' makes it sound great but its actually a small room with a sink & microwave within reach of the bed. You can literally microwave some popcorn without getting out of bed. Thankfully, when we went back to reception they agreed we could wait for our original room within hotel site. After which we had a lovely stay. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location with walk to river and rooftop with views of St Pauls & rest of city. Will definitely stay here again.

The budget doesn't run to over 200 pounds so I have to book when they are feeling generous. I love the rooms, (lots of Walnut) I love the Gym and pool, the staff are great and I love the HiTech design of the Hotel. A great location adjacent to St Pauls, which seems to get a new bistro added to the area on a weekly basis. It may be a little wasteful of public space and the breakfast is sadly mediocre and 5 star is pushing it a little (really good 4 star I would say).
Overall though there is really nowhere I would rather stay in London. I actually get excited at thought of a night there.

What a fantastic experience, and place to stay. Ideally located in London, with pretty much everything of interest only a short walk away. There's no point in taking a taxi as the city is so vibrant with loads of good bars and restaurants all over the place.

The hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are exceptional, and the facilities are superb. My only regret is the expensive cost of everything. For us, it was a one-off, and we indulged, while secretly whispering about the expense. I mean £17 for a glass of whisky, or £9 for a small glass of after dinner port. Very tasty, and like I say, as a special occasion, we treated ourselves, but we were never going to drink there all evening.

The staff couldn't have been nicer, very pleasant to talk to, accommodating with our requests and although no locals in sight, their English was better than mine.

I mustn't forget about the food. The room service was first rate, and the bar food, essentially the same, was excellent.

Overall, a great hotel, and if I can afford to, I will definitely go back to this hotel.

We stayed here for one night in January as we were eating at The Shard. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to St Paul's underground, shops and restaurants. When booking I did ask for a view of St Paul's and mentioned it was my boyfriends birthday. We were given a room with a lovely view of St Paul's and after getting back from using the swimming pool, two little birthday cakes arrived. Little things that count. Rooms were nice, shower lovely and the staff plesant. Would happily stay again!

The hotel's location is brilliant, we booked to see a show at the west end and only a 10 minute cab ride away. The hotel is modern, spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nice big room with a very comfortable firm bed, and nice and quiet had the best sleep in ages. Would definitely return. We were on the 5th floor.

We stayed here at the weekend on Saturday night, we had booked via the hotel's website and got a room only deal, which was very good value for being right under St Paul's. Every member of staff we encountered were all very polite and friendly.

If you are looking for old school 5* this is not it, but it is definitely a 5* hotel. The location is perfect, and if you can get a good deal well worth the money. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was amazing. It was quiet, not traffic noise, and the blackout blind did a wonderful job, could only hear St Paul's bells once awake so not even that disturbed our sleep. The bed is huge and firm, and we both had a wonderful night's sleep.

The hotel pool, Jacuzzi and steam room are wonderful and again the staff there are very friendly.

The only downside was that the hair dryer is weak and did not give out any heat. I have mentioned this in my feedback directly to the hotel.

Bar prices are quite high, but what I would expect in the centre of London (a Wetherspoons it is not).

I cannot comment of breakfast as we did not pay for it, and the price of breakfast alone seemed quite high.
