It is a very good five star hotel with everything you could wish for. It is in my opinion a modern hotel of Boutiq model. Very good Gym and SPA and indoor pool. The rooms are traditional with good bathrooms, wide beds (a bit hard if you weigh 75 kg), no down / feather pillows. Very good service and conciere that helps with everything. Great location close to the River Thames and the business district with many great pubs and restaurants. Sky bar and sports bar aswell. I will come back.

Next to St. Paul Cathedral, this is truly a 5-star hotel. Service was great, room is big and comfortable. Mini bar is available (rare find in London). Their SPA is incredible and a nice buffet breakfast is included in the rate. Not cheap GBP 220/night, but not a single complaint.

Booked here for 2 nights to celebrate my 30th Birthday, expecting it to be really special. Wish I had just booked a Premier inn to be honest. The hotel lacks any soul and could do with some repairs in places in the atrium.
My friend booked me and my partner in for afternoon tea at the hotel as a surprise. I was really looking forward to it, but was so disappointed when we got there. I was expecting for £28 each to be sat in a nice restaurant and feel really special. Instead we were seated in the hotel atrium on some faded sofa's next to people holding meetings. Not what I imagined at all! My friend had specifically stated that I was vegetarian, yet they bought out sandwiches with salmon and chicken on! To top this off, it appears they had not taken the payment correctly from my friend, so we were charged until I could get my friend to contact them and give her details again. She was on holiday abroad so had to incur big charges to call the hotel.
Rooms were ok, but nothing special for the price you pay. Stayed in much nicer premier inns.
Only good point to this hotel in my opinion is the location.
Think twice before booking as there is much better out there!

I actually went there for a work function, but even in a 5-star hotel you shouldn't charge £8 for a beer which is terrible and you can pick up from the supermarket for 50p. I can only imagine the rest of the hotel is just as overpriced...

Doesn't get a terrible because the view is, to be honest, very good.

I stayed here for business for two weeks, and loved my stay there. The hotel was very clean and trendy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast every morning was great, and the location to the tourist sites and the tube stations was perfect. There was a lot to do in the area and it was easy to get around. Also, not many hotels in London have fitness centers and swimming pools, and this one had both!

Rooms are fairly average and the bath is small, but nice. Difficult to have 2 people in there at the same time. We had a ground floor room that panicked my wife. But the hotel is located off a side street so there is no traffic at night for this City of London location.

Beware: some of the staff is very young and unable to answer some simple questions, like getting boarding passes printed. The concierge was more helpful. ALSO...everything is extra except the wifi. We had to have our credit card separately authorized BEFORE we could use the hotel restaurant.

I stayed at the Grange St Paul in May attending a conference. Very modern and fantastic architecture. It is just across the St Paul's cathedral a London landmark that is worth the visit. It is close to the River Thames. that you can cross via the Millennium bridge that is around the corner of the hotel. It is a nice stroll at the other site of the river, the old West Bank. Do not miss the lunch under the old bridge!
