The Tudor Court Hotel is a delightful place facing a quiet park. Quite charming, with almost a B&B feel to it, including a full English breakfast to order. Clean, quiet rooms. The proprietors and staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The Guptas even gave each of us a hug when it was time to come home. The location was a real plus: close to Paddington station and Tube station, as well as several excellent restaurants of all price ranges. Within walking distance of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

I stayed at Tudor court hotel for 10 days with my parents last month in a triple ensuite. The room was small but comfortable. The flatscreen LCD TV in the room was a nice bonus. The staff ensured that our rooms were clean and cozy by the time we returned from our sightseeing.

The Guptas (owners) and staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had to prolong our stay twice as our flights were cancelled due to the volcanic ash. The Guptas were very accommodating given that we were not sure when we would actually be able to fly out. They actually gave us a cell phone (we had our own sim card) to help us call the airlines and others to see if there were alternative ways for us to get back home.

The staff also gave us an ethernet cable and adapters which was a great help. The staff was always available to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was nice and on a couple of occassions at least we got some fruit unasked for.

The hotel is within 200 metres of Paddington station and getting to pretty much any place in London by tube/ bus is very convenient. Also, the Heathrow express and connect to Heathrow airport start from Paddington. Lots of good restaurants around the area too.

Overall we felt Tudor court was pretty homely. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Tudor Court Hotel for 3 nights. Our stay was excellent for London! Location: the hotel is very close to the Paddington railway station and tube station, as well as to the bus stop. The hotel is a family-run business, and that is why Conan and his parents do their best for the guests to feel comfortable in their hotel. Our room was small, but clean, with a comfortable bed, with TV, phone, coffee & tea facilities, small & clean bathroom. We enjoyed it very much! We had English breakfast every morning. Something that could be improved here is maybe to have some fresh juice and some fruits available. For the rest, everything perfect! Finally what we really liked the most about this hotel is: location, friendliness of the staff (owners), extremely good advice on what & how to visit the main spots in London, reasonable prices.
It was the owner who recommended taking the Big Bus Company for tours in London. For 30 pounds we discovered London in 48 hours, and that included tours by bus, walking tours and a cruise from London Bridge up to Greenwich and return. It is really worth visiting Greenwich!! Moreover, it is again Conan who gave us a map with which we had several discounts for entries at museum or for restaurants.
Being so happy with this hotel, we will be back in August! See you soon, Conan ;-)!

We've been to London for the first time. We were there in April 2010. This hotel is very close to Paddington railway station and Paddington tube station. You can use Heathrow Connect or Heathrow Express direct from Heathrow Airport with only 30 minutes and only 100 meters from the railway station to the hotel. The family owner were very nice and friendly to us especially "Mr.Conan" the 2nd generation owner, he was very helpful man. I spent 9 nights in this hotel. Even it is a small hotel, it impressed me. We lived in triple room en suite. One thing that I may not appreciate is the size of the room that is one of the problem of the old building. They put one queen bed and one single bed in 3 m. x 4 m. room that was too dense for us but we didn't care about this problem that much because we didn't spend much time in the room during the day except for sleeping at night. This hotel included English breakfast that could save your money. I recommend this hotel because after I checked many hotel in London, this hotel is in very good location, reasonable price and you will receive very warm welcome.

We had a great time in London! Being in Tudor court Hotel, made our trip even better. First of all, the room was nice, clean and quite. Secondly, the english breakfast was great and a good discovery for us; i have to say that we were a bit reluctante to eat bean in the morning!! Finally, the owners were lovely and advice us a lot of nice places in the town which was great because we did not know london at all. Thanks to them, we avoid the touristic croud and went to cute and pitoresque places.
