We stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge regularly and we have never been disappointed. The staff are caring and provide a personal level of service we have rarely experienced elsewhere. The food is always excellent and its quality fantastic and there is always plenty of choice for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for the third time in March 2013. As usual the service was fantastic from breakfast in the morning to the bar at night. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in London. This hotel has great public transport access, an M&S next door, really good service and is spotlessly clean.

The surrounding area is great all day and has some wonderful restaurants at night.

All round very good value. Ask for a view of the Shard

Room Tip: Aim High, ask for a view of the Shard

Stayed here as an executive guest recently. The hotel is fantastic, reasonable priced drinks in the cosy lobby bar and fantastic views from the executive lounge and rooms.

I had a thoroughly relaxing stay and would recommend to all business travellers as well as couples.

Room Tip: I stayed in the upper floors, and would imagine that all rooms have a good view, whether they be riv...

I stayed for three nights in mid July, in the middle of the heatwave that the UK has had this summer. This is a business orientated hotel but don't let that put you off, it is clean and modern and quite new, my room was in good condition, it faced sideways to the orientation of the hotel and didn't have a view but is was away from the noise of Tooley St which is a very busy road.
London Bridge Tube and Overground station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Check in was quick and despite being early a room was available for me. Contrary to others I found the breakfast restaurant to be staffed by pleasant organised people, service was quick and attentive, it doesn't have to range of foods on offer that some of the bigger Hilton's do but it was more than adequate. Set back from the River Thames you may be expecting a view but sadly the rooms do not have views because of where it is situated in More London Place. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby is available and it is a pleasant area to sit in. I would certainly return and recommend to others.
It was fairly quiet when I was there, the cricket tour groups having gone home so that may have influenced my view.

We stayed as part of a cricket tour group at The Hilton Tower Bridge. Apart from an initial problem with the tour party's door keys we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were attentive especially at breakfast which was an ample spread. The lobby area is a relaxing space and we felt that we could just sit without being pressured to buy drinks, coffee, food etc. There was free wifi in the lobby as well as a couple of stand alone computers. The hotel is in a great part of London. We really enjoyed just wandering along the riverbank which is a very short walk from the hotel. Would stay again!

Only a few weeks back we thought we would go back to a Hilton Hotel chain again as usually they can be dated hotels. We stayed a few weeks back at the Hilton in Canary Wharf and if you read my review on this we loved it however unfortunately the Hilton at London Tower Bridge was a completely different stay.
First of all the hotel is in a good location for sight seeing London or even on business, we were greeted by a warm receptionist and our check in was quick and we were soon directed to our room.
The room was clean, big, just bland in style but the most comfortable of beds which is what guests need after been at work or walking around London all day / night. Again the bathroom was nice again clean, the shower a bit disappointing as the shower head produced a fine spray and not a power shower or a "shower" which again is what guests require. However lovely complementary shower gels and shampoos etc.
Mini bar in the room with a large TV screen, we were fortunate to have a amazing view of the shard which was very nice indeed.

We only stayed the one night (Saturday), however the restaurant didn't seem full and the bar lacked that atmosphere (just very corporate), however there was a small sushi bar / restaurant which looked nice but again saw no one eating here.

Sunday morning as we had a the breakfast rate included which is where it let itself down for us as a couple. First we queued, but the restaurant was not even busy, lots of staff looking busy could quite clearly see us but chose to ignore us. Finally after about 10mins someone had the decency of coming over and showing us to our table, where she took our coffee / tea order. We were told that the breakfast was a buffet style which is fine however this is where the major problem was. As you would think of having an "english breakfast" however there was only a choice of baked beans and 1 slice of bacon. Ok I thought they may only be one chef on so I went back to my table had my coffee and waiting until the staff re-filled the breakfasts. However disappointedly this never happened. My partner who has come from the hotel background catering was appalled at the service. So my partner asked one of the staff are they going to fill the buffet up with eggs, hash brown, bacon, sausages etc. Unfortunately the waitress dashed off and was more bothered about replacing the breads which by this point there was plenty of bread left.
So we sat back and then watched about 5 - 6 people just stand at the empty buffet, by this time was about 10am the restaurant half full so they had no excuse to say they couldn't keep up with the demand as it was fairly empty.
Sadly we just drank our coffee (had some bread) then decided to go to Starbucks for something to eat. I really feel this let down this Hilton as I was dread to think if they had been busy what would happen?. The waitress walked around looking busy and ignored customers and overall the hospitality manager needs to look into this as I don't even get this sort of service from a budget hotel.
Needless to say when we return back to London we wont stay here anymore, shame as the location is great but the service, the lack of food just lets this Hilton down!.

Stayed for a night as I wanted to treat my Mrs to a weekend in London . I really enjoyed my stay , the reception are friendly and helpful enjoyed discussing Lisbon with one member of staff. The rooms are comfortable (guest room) well appointed with modern fittings, the bed like a cloud ... So comfortable. We tried a champagne cocktail at the bar , it wasn't cheap , but it was worth it. My only gripe was the slow service at breakfast , the food was great , but the queue to be seated then the queue for the buffet was too much. They took ages to replace depleted breakfast items , and we had no service items brought to us after being seated , until we asked (sugar, milk, teaspoon ). But overall a lovely stay in a modern stylish hotel.
