I recently had a photoshoot with my sister over the bank holiday weekend. I was a bit nervous as I don't normally wear make up and hate having my photo taken. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who explained everything to me about my day instantly I felt at ease. Me and my sister were offered a glass of Buck's Fizz which definitely helped to calm our nerves. The girl who did my make up was very insightful and helped me with some problem areas I have always struggled with. When the
Makeover part was over my photographer was helpful, considering I had never done anything like this I felt quite comfortable. The
Location was lovely so we were offered to do some shots outside. When I got to look at my photos I was amazed! Considering I don't like having my photos taken I was very thrilled with the outcome they had done a brilliant job! Me and my sister decided to take some photos home on a disc and my boyfriend loved them. I would definitely consider going back maybe to have some more intimate shots with my partner. Thank you envy for looking after me

AVOID!
You are sat around for hours on end, constantly told '10 more minutes' when in reality you can wait more than two hours to get to see your photos. Nobody was very apologetic for the delay, despite being told we would view our photos at a specific appointment time. The sales man was very self assured and cocky, a bit of a pervert by making inappropriate comments and pushed hard for you to buy when you clearly didn't want to. If you like a rushed makeover where you don't really look any different and waiting hours and hours then this is the place for you. Maybe Envy should invest in some customer service training and some beds for a nap whilst you wait! Shoddy.

My friend treated me as a belated birthday and Xmas present, We went to Envy this last Saturday we arrived with a nice welcome as we entered the building we went downstairs and was greeted with Buck's Fizz each then after a while we was taken upstairs we sat together for our makeup an hair the girls were all very friendly and chatty and I felt and looked great afterwards we then went into the studio for our shoot the photographer was a scream we laughed all the way through all our changes were behind a curtained area once all done we went away for 45mins
When we returned we were offered more Buck's Fizz we were greeted by the sales man who was very charming and did his sales pitch starting at a very high price for the majority of the pictures we then went through them like maybe hate nonce we had whittled them down he but did come down to a more reasonable price

we canes out with 8 gorgeous pictures each and a thoroughly enjoyable day I felt like we were treated like a very special clients I would defiantly tell people to go there

We had mothers and daughters photo shoot yesterday and the place was awesome. Team was warm and welcoming. Make up ladies really did amazing job even left me tearful when I saw my mum all beautiful and shiny.
A guy who was taking pictures was really bubbly and real professional. Told us everything so we didnt feel lost but had an amazing and fun time posing together and individually.
However, then it came to reviewing our pictures and choosing something the entire experience was ruined by a pushy and grumpy man who was trying to sell more shots. Now, I understand that is his job, however I have pre-paid some money before our shooting so we agreed that this experience will leave us with 6 printed pictures and loads of good memories. We did explain that to him and just wanted some little time considering what we wanted to take home with us.
He was being rude and pushy trying over and over again to talk about discounts and "special promotions" he can do for us. We were offered to take more and pay later and all "this stuff" even after us clearly telling him that we are more than enough with what we have.
Our native language is Russian so we spoke Russian to each other, however I do consider my level of English good enough for holding a decent conversation. That man didn't share my opinion and was rude enough to say :"I wish you spoke English so I could explain you what i'm offering you!" At last when we finally managed to get our deposit refunded he wouldnt stop and even grind at me saying can you repeat me back what i'm telling you so i know you understand! Thats when I just took my card from his table and walked away. I was feeling scared at some point because his behavior was really rude, pushy and unpredictable. Seemed like he was about to shout at me... mum left scared and disappointing too as finally we didnt even care about our pictures anymore just wanted to walk away. At some point he even turned to our personal accountant talking about our budget and etc. He cant make assumptions about our budget based on whether or not I'll buy a disk of pictures for £££££
We loved the team and place but I wouldn't go back because that man really left me shocked and humiliated.

I bought a vintage makeover !! The only thing vintage was the poses . After the makeover I looked terrible as did my hair. I was asked to change in the toilets ?? Sat around for hours and during this time could see that we all actually looked the same . The sell was really hard works out to £ 100 a photo £450 for 10 . There is a price list in the room you are sat however these didn't appear to apply to group on holders . I was pressured into buying just to get out . Wouldn't use again .
