Fantastic experience, attentive staff and quality food. The Lady tea is awesome and the prosecco smooth.
Special thanks to Mary who looked after me and my daughter perfectly.

Thank Kerry C

We went here in the afternoon to celebrate for our 10th anniversary. The service and food was amazing. We were "stuffed" after it!

The selection of teas was amazing. Top notch Prosecco as well :-)

Our wait had the chef make a special dessert plate for us - a lovely touch, thank you.

Normally £128 but we used a wowcher and got it for £38 - absolute bargain.

You can not fail to love it.

Great afternoon spent at The Waldorf. Homage restaurant nicely airconditioned. Mary our waitress did an excellent job of looking after my sister and myself. This was a birthday treat for my sister, and Mary produced a birthday cake and candle, making our experience all that more special. We will certainly recommend the Waldorf to friends and family. Afternoon tea was great too.!

The service that we received at the Waldolf during afternoon tea was exceptionally good. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making afternoon tea a lovely treat.

The food (1 normal, 1 gluten free) was delicious as was the accompanying prosecco. The dining room was grand (not quite as grand/bling as the Ritz for afternoon tea but far more friendly & tasty; far more atmospheric and grand than the Royal Horseguards Hotel afternoon tea).

I would recommend it.

Beautiful room to have afternoon tea. Lovely attentive staff, nothing too much trouble.
However, the food felt like delivered on a conveyer belt, stale sandwiches, mean cheap fillings, made several hours before, does anyone remember 'British Rail sandwiches the corners curled up so you could see what was in them'. This sums up the calibre of the food, the scones hard and very small. The patiserrie was also on the stale side, and a little boring. The chocolate cake on offer was left un eaten by most diners, this surely speaks for most. No refills offered for tea either, choice of tea limited.
All in all a very poor offering by a very good hotel chain, Hilton.
