We stayed here for 3 nights in October. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young children.

I wasn't expecting too much, we had only booked the day before and had struggled to find a hotel so we didn't have much choice. Premier Inn wouldn't ordinarily have been my first choice, we usually stay in places that cost more.

What a pleasant surprise, we left bags in left luggage, there is a coffee shop in reception, we ate in the restaurant one night which was adequate and breakfast was good, the kids ate for free at breakfast which made it an absolute bargain. My husband was working for 2 of the days so the kids and I all breakfasted for £8.95.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, a dirty hotel room is one of my major dreads. There were plentiful towels, 4 cups and glasses (something that is often overlooked in a family room) and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The highlight of the hotel however has got to be the staff. The staff that we met (and we met quite a lot over the 3 days) were, without exception, extremely pleasant. They were all helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Well done Premier Inn, we shall be back!

We had a super 3-night stay in lovely large rooms for a family visit to London. Our daughter, husband and two boys had a family room and housekeeping seemed to take extra special care with the little ones' beds. Cuddly toys strategically placed on pillows, etc. A nice touch. Breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed the 'grab and go' option which was good value for money. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and no complaints there.
All the staff were pleasant and helpful and we would especially like to mention Beata, in the restaurant, who went even further than the rest. Thank you to her for making our stay even more enjoyable.
A very good location for the Tower, Tower Bridge and river trips plus the bus tours. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again whenever we come back.
Well done, Premier Inn.

A very warm welcome upon arrival. Typical Premier, clean and cheap. Ideally located very close to Tower Bridge. Given we were in the city the rooms were very quiet. Beware if eating breakfast you may be in for a wait to get seated on a weekend as the staff were a little chaotic and struggling to keep up with the turnaround but other than that - great value

My partner and I like the Premier Inn brand as they always meet or exceed our expectations. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and quiet. In fact it was very quiet. As usual, we had two excellent nights' sleeps. The shower was a good size, with a seat. Very good to be able to sit while washing my hair.
The restaurant is small so was busy at breakfast time. However we both enjoy the buffet style breakfast and consider it to be good value for the cost of £8.95 each. The staff at breakfast were working very swiftly indeed. In fact we found all of the staff to be friendly and efficient. Drink prices in the bar are very reasonable for Central London. We will definitely book for here again.

We chose this hotel because of the fact it was close to Liverpool St station where we arrived. When arriving at Tower Hill Tube station it's a short walk to the hotel.
The reception staff were very friendly. Because we arrived very early the room wasn't ready, but we could leave our bags, got offered a map of the city and were told the room would be ready from 14.00 hrs onward. When we got back check in was swift.
The room was quite spacious, especially for London (been to Premier Inn in Hammersmith and their rooms are smaller), and clean. We had a double at the back of the hotel. It was very quiet to sleep. No sirens, people yelling, etc. Good beds, good night sleep.
Breakfast was fine. More than enough choice. Here staff again was very friendly and swift in getting you to a table and cleaning up.

We only had one set of towels in our double room. Was rectified by reception, but did have to ask 2 out of three days.No further negatives. Great stay!!

Room Tip: Room 317 was very quiet and spacious.

My first impression when entering the hotel was a feeling of coming to a cheap and bad hotel chain. I have realized it is purely subjectively based on the logo, colors and the bright light in the reception area. (Light as it would have been in a restaurant kitchen).
But they didn't fail on what is really counts as a hotel guest. Nice spacious rooms and wonderful beds. There are carpets on the floor though and I think that is kind of disgusting because of all the dirt hiding in it. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is a 20-30 minutes subway ride to central London (e.g. shopping area). In the neighborhood there is some nice restaurants by the bank of river Thames. Try "Cote" at St. Katherine Docks.
The breakfast at the hotel is really good and it is a bargain if you have children under 16. 2 children eats for free for 1 adult paying for the most expensive breakfast (8.9 £). And the staff is very friendly and helpful

Staff exceeding expectations making sure we got the best room available. They showed an interest in us as a couple and the reason for our stay. We were gifted with chocs, flowers and a card for our anniversary.
