Stayed here in June 2010 for 8 nights while on business. Hotel was very modern, clean and had very nice furnishings in the rooms. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and large tub with a flat screen.

The room was clean, with very nice linens and a good work station with fast internet for doing work.

I would definitely stay here again. Also the hotel had a great location, central near Picadilly and close walk to many attractions.

Our 6 day stay was enhanced by our stay in this superb hotel. Our suite - a visual feast was a wonderful refuge after a busy day. Staff are delightful with the exact blend of friendly/helpful without 'being in your face'. Location is ideal for theatres, art galleries and many attractions.
We will be future guests on our next trip to London.

The Haymarket is sunny, clean, beautifully appointed, large and friendly. The receptionists were all helpful all of the time. My junior suite was a very large room opening onto a terrace shared only by the room next door. The bathroom was large with a tv, 2 sinks and large shower. The bed was comfy. Room service was quick and they let me invent my salads as sometimes I had to eat quite late after work.

My only complaint was that I had weird neighbors, about 10 -14 young 20's males that kept coming and going, entering and leaving the room, letting the door slam over and over again. I don't know what they were up to but hearing that door open and slam constantly was bothersome. The front desk was sympathetic and tried but only when I yelled and stood there for a while watching those men did they stop.

Hotel is really nice, design is wonderful and service is on the higher level. Greetings and thanks to personnel, who made our stay enjoyable.
Every room has it's own private air conditioner, maybe a bit too noisy for a night time, but still it's really good you can choose your own climate options.
I'd like to go back and stay there for more than 1 night and I'll recommend this lovely hotel to the others as well.

This beautiful hotel has everything you wish, from the moment you arrive you have a lovely welcome, the rooms are better than what I was expecting and the restaurant have very good food. It is the perfect get away for a romantic weekend, although the prices are high is worth it if it is a special occasion.

We stayed for one night and it simply wasn't long enough! It really is a stunning hotel, from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, in fact I was amazed to have been upgraded to a one bedroom suite - room 112 - which was luxurious and then some!

We had champagne in our room which came with olives and chocolates. Dinner in the Brumus restaurant was lovely with our 'best waiter in london' and he wasn't far wrong!

I can't wait to go back. We have stayed twice at the Civent Garden Hotel and it us tempting to go back there or here but then again there's the Soho to explore too.....

Oh, and I had the most fabulous manicure and pedicure followed by champagne waiting for my husband to finish his meeting.... Bliss.

I've been lucky enough to stay in some top hotels around the world and the Haymarket ticks every box you can think of. Form the genuinely warm welcome and attentive service to the oustanding food in the Brumus restaurant (Michelin quality). Have stayed here twice once on Valentine's and once for our wedding anniversary and it is a joy to be there. From the tranquitiy of the reading room to the 'groovy' pool bar and the hustle and the atmosphere of the main bar - we love it. On a note about the service : both my wife and I are smokers and we went outside to have a puff during breaks in courses over dinner, we'd left our wine at the table and without a prompt the waiter appeared with both glasses topped up on a silver tray : brilliant.
