Visited for the third time in August arrived at 2.45pm and was very disapointed to find our room wasn't ready. After nearly 1 hours wait and lots of prompting we were told our room was ready. We had been in the room 5 mins when one of the staff just walked in the room and said it hadn't been inspected we said it was fine and she left.
The room was excellent and the food was good and ideal for our Eurostar trip.
The previous visits were excellent.

We traveled from the US to Paris, then took the Eurostar to London. This Premier Inn was close to the station, had a great family vibe, and was easy transport to everything else we wanted to do and see in London. Our family room was great for two grandparents traveling with an 8 year old granddaughter. She especially loved choosing her own breakfasts from the buffet, and the meal plan made dinner easier to organize and very reasonable, too.

Across the road from St Pancras Metro and St Pancras International. We had a large corner room and surprisingly heard no road noise. Room was spacious with desk, very comfortable bed and modern facilities. Bathroom was a good size but shower was over bath which had large sides and therefore a big step into and out of shower for shorter people like me. Staff are very friendly and there is a restaurant for breakfast at 10 pound each but we didn't use this as we were out early each day. We arrived early morning and room wasn't ready which was expected but they stored our luggage for us and we went on the hop on hop off bus until early afternoon. On our return room was ready. Would stay again.

Excellent location, clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. This is your typical functional hotel, so don't expect a romantic getaway, just a good stay. But because of the excellent location, enough romantic spots within easy reach!

Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. Breakfast excellent. The only drawback was they said we could check in at 1400 we got there at 1425. Our room wasn't ready. Ended up getting another room which the children ended up in z beds again instead of the double they were supposed to have. However girls said they were comfortable and not noisey.
