The new Ham Yard development is nothing short of impressive.
Staff were helpful and you could TELL they wanted everything to be perfect ie they cared and come across as being natural.
Check-in was remarkably quick. Ice ordered at front desk arrived in three to four minutes and our bag arrived in two.
The beds are enormous and deeply comfortable - everything feels brand new and clean (it is and it was).
New Bose Soundlink III speakers (uses Bluetooth and I now want one).
Great mini-bar - very luxurious.
Bar was packed/buzzing.
Breakfast was calm and delicious.
The only inperfection was that they forgot to deliver a newspaper - and were clearly pertubed that they had done so.
Very, very good.
