First, today is my last day at this wrongfully called "hotel", which is more of a hostel.

They only accept cash or debit cards to pay for the time you're staying, if you try to pay with credit cards they will charge you with 4% for who knows why, this is not detailed in booking.com, so if you're planning on staying here (thing I would not recommend) bring local cash. This is kind of odd for a business that receives INTERNATIONAL guests, it's easier to keep track of expenses using credit cards.

The guys at the reception don't know anything about tourist information, my brother asked the guy at the reception for some hop on hop off tours and got no response what so ever, It seems that this hotel is not runned by locals, or at least they should act like they know their surroundings.

Another fault in the description is the fact that the wifi is not for free, and the fact that "it's available throughout the building" does not make it open for everyone.

Last, the rooms are super small and the walls are so thin that you can hear footstomps, bed bumps, water-flushing and all sorts of noises at night from the rooms upstairs or besides.

It's sad to get an awful reception from this hotel as we did when staying on an amazing city as London. My recommendation is that you look for a hotel runned by locals that can really bring the bright spirit of London, because there is a whole bunch of kindness lacking in this hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Severe mouse problem, dirty horrible place - avoid room 7!!!!!!

Rundown and in need of tlc. They are doing 'works' at the moment but in my opinion until this is xompleted they ahould not be renting out rooms.

My charger also 'went missing' whilst staying here. To whoch the manager replied saying "why would we want to steal it???!!!" What a professional reply!

Avoid this hotel at all costs!

where do i start....

The Receptionist's English was very poor, thereby making communication very difficult.

The rooms where designed with CHEAPEST BUDGET in mind, wasn't well laid out all in the name of saving cost, to which i will give a few examples.....

They placed two wall sockets so close above the headboards of the bed that you cant plug anything in.

Very large apparent white wall filler around the wall lighting that they couldn't be bothered with to apply a fresh coast of paint.

They had cobwebs hanging off the lights....shows they dont dust much

*The cupboards handles were falling off.

*They provide you with cups for tea or coffee but no tea spoons

*The key card slot on the room just popped off to expose the inner workings.

* The sink in the bath room is so small and to close the wall that when you attempt to brush you just brush on the floor cos the wall mounted cabinet mirror protrudes much further than the sink.so your only option is to brush with your head under it.

* Shower head was wonky and wouldn't stand on its own

*peeling paints on the wall

And to crown is all....The So called "all inclusive breakfast".....was just a joke. All they had to offer was:

*white/brown bread
*cornflakes/oats
*boiled egg and sliced cheap cheese
*Tea/coffee/ cheap concentrate orange juice.

Bottom line....it's not a well runned hotel

Well, it was my first time in London and I could not have stayed in a better located hotel on a budget price. Also hotel staff was very nice and helpful when needed.
Had a long 12 day stay and would return for sure.
I see complaints about cleanliness, but the rooms my friends and I stayed were well cleaned.

Hello travellers, my name is Abel and I would like to share my opinion with you.

Hotel location is easy to get to via bus or tube, it is only two minutes walk from Earls Court Underground Station which has direct links from Piccadilly lines.

Regarding the room was properly clean and and fully-equipped.

The best thing of all is the staff: John (was fantastic), Johanna and Michael. They were delighted to assist us and make us feel as if we were at home.

To conclude I encourage you to book there as it is a very good option and the service is outstanding

Room Tip: Cosy hotel

Stayed there for three nights last week and it was not a very pleasent stay. The room (in the basement) was dirty and the carpet was so filthy that if I walked in the socks on it they would get dirty as well. There was some light bulbs missing and the bathroom door was in a mess! Dirty and bad looking, the lock did not work.
I had my brother for a visit (he lives in London) but he wasn't allowed in the room as there are strickt rules that no visitors are aloved in the hotelrooms!
The breakfast was ok. But there were no fruits, the only drinks were one sort of tea, coffee, water and orange juice.
I do not recomend this hotel to anyone!
