We dined early on a Monday evening and staff couldn’t be less welcoming. Food was fine, usual Italian fare (steak was actually pretty good) and decent selection of wines. We sat upstairs but downstairs didn’t look much better. However, this was nothing compared to the state of the toilets. The smell and dirt was enough to put you off your food. Pretty standard prices for such a tourist trap area, and waiters clearly never have to worry about repeat trade. They weren’t rude, just couldn’t be less bothered. Would recommend walking for five minutes and going somewhere within Covent garden area instead.
