The only reason this restaurant did not get five circles is because it was packed with people and we had to be seated near the door. Other than that, I highly recommend his restaurant. The location is terrific if you are at Waterloo station, the Imperial War Museum or coming off touring all the South Bank sites and are heading for the Waterloo metro. Although small, it acts like a much larger restaurant and still maintains a family feel. The owner twice came over to talk with us and make sure our food and experience was OK. The food was great -- the seafood pasta had tons of seafood, perfectly cooked, and after a day walking through all the sites, it was great to carb up. I took the advice of another Trip Advisor review and ordered the pepper steak. Although the cut of meat was not the best, the pepper gravy, potatoes and veg were perfect and absolutely delicious. Plus it came witha start of calamari which was perfectly cooked -- not chewy as it sometimes is, but light and flaky in a peppery crust that was most unexpected. When in the South Bank, eat at Caprini's -- it won't disappoint!
