We took the Christmas Lights by Night Tea Tour and were totally disappointed. It was a rainy evening and the bus had no defrost or wipers, at least on the upper deck, so it was hard to see anything. The worker wiped the windows with Rain X, which helped a bit. Obviously it's not their fault it rained, but they should be prepared with an inclement weather plan. The ride was billed as a tour of Christmas lights, but the recording that played was a generic one, said nothing about lights at all, and was behind in narrating our actual location. The tour did nothing to address the lights, either in the route it took or the narration. The food itself was adequate at best. Obviously it's a random sampling and you don't expect to enjoy all options, but this food was very taste specific, including the desserts. Our server had no idea we paid extra for a bottle of prosecco and we had to ask him for it. At one point when we had had 2 glasses each, he proceeded to offer our prosecco to other passengers...for free! We had taken a Brigit's Tour of London before and had a great experience, so this was especially disappointing.
