The concept is very good. We booked this for Dutch friends on a short visit to London in order to combine the tradition of afternoon tea while taking in the sights. The tea itself was delicious and plentiful. The sandwiches were a bit basic -fish paste? And bread was drying. No matter given we chose this for the fact it combined with a tour. It was the tour that let things down. It seemed to be a step behind the sights, missed out a lot of things I could luckily point out and was out of date in content. Buckingham Palace appeared to be part of the wall only. The play list is Good but loud. The tour lasted exactly the 90 minutes advertised but the play list started to repeat which seems odd. Service was friendly . When hot drinks were replenished friend asked for coffee which was poured on top of tea in same cup! You get to keep the cups though which was a nice touch. All in all value for money as you get tea, a tour and the cup but not sufficiently so given quality of tour to make me want to go again. But still fun for a once off.

We were 2 ladies with teenage daughters on the Afternoon Tea Bus tour. We loved the concept, food was delish and there was enough, service was attentive and friendly. Music was also cool, we had much fun singing along and were also encouraged to wish for favorite songs. The tour started well, however somehow we drove into smaller roads in Victoria after Buckingham Palace (where we only saw a corner of it) with so much traffic that the trip was cut short. This meant we missed half of the tour really, incl Harrods, Royal Albert Hall etc. Not sure how in the age of GPS the driver could not foresee the traffic? In summary, it is a fun tour, if you don't expect to see all the sights promised in the brochure.

We did Brigit's Paddington Bear Afternoon Tea.

It was absolutely adorable and so much fun. You get to see all the major landmarks with narration from Paddington and Mrs. Bird.

Our tour had everyone sitting on the upper deck, which was nice, however the windows quickly began to fog up and get steamy. We kept wiping them off. If you crack the window, it eliminates this problem - so I highly recommend cracking your window.

The staff, Vince and Alex, were so sweet and tried to be accommodating to everyone. They offered refills of tea and food, and poured our champagne. I did not like that you cannot add additional items while on the bus. Seems like they are missing an opportunity here to sell additional champagne.

We also added postcards as an add on, but did not receive those.

The food, for lack of a better term was not good. We did enjoy the salmon roll (which I figured I would like the least) and the ham and cheese sandwich was good, but the desserts left so much lacking. We did not enjoy them at all.

Also, the clotted cream for the scones tasted as if it had gone off. It was inedible.

We loved the music they played as the tour wrapped up, and the souvenir cups are fantastic.

Overall, it is adorable and while the price is high, the staff make it fun and memorable. Also, you do not need to worry about too many children! Our bus was 80% adults and we all loved the tour.
