Finding an indian vegetarian restaurant in London of great quality is easy enough, but yoou'll probably pay a lot more than £5.50 for all you can eat. And the quality is certainly not compromised for the quantity. I have taken a few friends to this restaurant, 2 out of the 3 being non vegetarian and they have really enjoyed it. Not only is the atmosphere always welcoming, the vegetarian propaganda and posters are what makes this restaurant stand out looks wise. Food wise- I don't think I've ever had better indian vegetarian food, this is a real treat at a great price. It's even bring your own booze, though the array of drinks they have on offer are very exotic.

I would definitely visit this restaurant again and again because it's been perfect for my past 5 or 6 visits.

After a long day doing the touristy-thing, needed somewhere where good, healthy food was served, somewhere with a laid back atmosphere. And here it was.

Buffet style, Indian vegetarian food. Just £5.50 for an "all you can eat" menu of curries, salads, sauces and breads. No licence to sell alcohol, but you can bring your own and there is no extra charge for glass hire.

Simple décor, friendly staff. Constant stream of customers, but you did not feel rushed into finishing your meal and leaving.

Really relaxing end to the day. Will definitely be visiting again.

This little vegetarian Indian restaurant near Angel offers a great vegetarian buffet and probably the cheapest in town! For a little over 5£, you can have 3-4 different curries, 2-3 types or rices and plenty of indian breads, tempura and other Indian vegetables. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, though the posters on vegetarianism can be a little overwhelming. It's perfect for a fun meal with friends and in fact you can even bring your own booze!

Definitely worth checking out if you're around the area!

We've been going to Indian Veg for years and although the price has gone up quite a lot in the past year or so there's not many places that will feed you as much tasty curry, starters and accompaniments as you can eat for £5.50 and let you take your own beers in too. Consistently nice.

Try the curry mash if you go one of the nights they're making it, I love it!

I recently visited after a three year hiatus due to living abroad and the food remains fantastic. I was a little concerned about some of the reviews, but I was glad to say the food is equally as good with more variety. There were three different curries, the best daal soup in London and the salads are fantastic.
The interior retains the vegetarian 'propaganda' which is part of it's charm. If you are vegetarian, and hungry, you should get down here rightaway! The only thing to avoid is the roti when it is old, wait for a fresh batch and get the roti when it is hot and fresh.
