Singapore Gardens has become a firm family favourite. Whether you're eating in, taking out , home delivered, entertaining guests or meeting up with friends you will not be disappointed. Tasty food , served pretty fast. The special a Prawn with Okra or Chiu Yim dishes are definitely worth a try!

I can always rely on Singapore Garden for its Hainanese chicken rice. Extra spicy chilli sauce makes it special.

convenient local restaurant, always quite busy and offers a fast and efficient delivery services. Good varitey of Malaysian/Singapore street favourites like char kway teow , hainanese chicken rice and singapore laksa, although prices are slightly higher than expected for a non central london location. Having eaten in the restaurant a couple of times and had regular deliveries, i'd honestly say i'd have the food delivered. Food is of a good standard , i've had much worse

This is a really bustling "local" restaurant. I'd guess that inspire of its name, most of the clientele expect Chinese food when coming here? Unfortunately inspire of the high prices the food is awful.
As a starter we had amongst other things - dry spare ribs - they were gristly pieces of bone, with no real meat deep fried. They were greasy, and virtually inedible. A soft shelled crab from the main course as a starter was the only redeeming starter.
I followed this with an awful hot and sour soup unlike any Hot and sour soup i've had before.

The single worse dish was the lemon grass chicken, I have this every time I visit The Royal China and thoroughly enjoy it, but here it was a very weird yellow colour, and somehow managed to be greasy even though it was in a cloying sauce.

In summary, the only worse chinese meal i've ever eaten than this was Water Margin at the o2 which at least was cheap. This was £40/head couple of drinks and no wine. Never again.

Met with old friends for 1st sitting for dinner. We knew what time we had to leave.

Within 2 Minutes waiter after waiter were pestering us to order. It was dreadful. Unbelievable pressure.

Later, having just received a whole crispy duck, they wanedt to serve the main courses. I said that we only just started eating the duck and they told us that the table was needed back (we still had 60 minutes left).

At every moment, they were hovering around to move us on. Pressure was unbelievable and we had to complain several times. Looking at their watches constantly.

Later, one of the party had symptoms of MSG--raised heart rate, thirsty, stomach pains, skin sensitivity etc.

Never again. Awful experience
