Tamarind was a name I started to hear more and more and so at the suggestion of friend we had supper there recently. The food started off light and elegant but soon became quite heavy going. If you go for a tasting menu (as we did) then make sure you haven't eaten for 3 days beforehand. The service was good - although the sommelier wasn't brilliant - and because we sat quite late began to feel the staff were checking their watches as often as they were our table. Not cheap either so not entirely sure yet if I would go back.
