We had a great day out at Wimbledon and decided to book a local restaurant as we were staying in a hotel at Earls Court. We found Whits and what a fantastic find it was. When we arrived we were presented with a welcoming glass of champagne by the owner. This was to celebrate as we got engaged earlier in the day. The menu was one where we wanted to try all the items on the starter list. I had pear and roquefort and Lorraine had a lobster ravioli dish. The mains were as good, Lorraine had duck and I had lamb. Both dishes were marvellous and the touches of different tastes were perfect. The sweets were to heavenly, especially the raspberry souffle. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in London.
