We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and had reasonably good expectations. They were surpassed. The staff upon entry were friendly but not overly so. They offered us a choice of tables. The menu provided a lot of choice, many of the starters had shell fish and as I allergic, I asked if we could mix up the menu choosing from the fixed and moving back to the a la carte, NO PROBLEM. My friend ordered the grouse, the waitress politely asked if she had ever tried it before, she hadn't, the waitress gave a very good description of the dish just to make sure that it would be suitable. Apparently it is not to everybody's taste. My friend loved it. I had the duck and it was amazing.
My advice on desert is try the Banana Souffle - it is to die for. Wines were extremely well priced.
