Decided to go here on my birthday with my oldest daughter as we both like steak and liked the idea of having it in the West End. It was simply wonderful, the meat melted in my mouth and loved the endless fries. The service was spot on, lovely staff and the venue inside dated back over 150 years. Thank you making the night so special.

Have been many times over the years, and this time we took relatives who had not previously been. We had a great evening. Decent wine, decent food, decent price, not spectacular just plain good fare.

Great restaurant just off Piccadilly Circus. Lovely room. We reserved via open table app and had the steak dinner to share for £42. Steak sensational. Service great.

We last dined here 30 years ago before we were married and thought we would go back for a pre-theatre supper. The decor seems quite dated and the menu was much as we remembered it. The sliced Entrecote steak is served with a Roquefort cheese sauce on a burner to keep it warm. The menu is simple with a few old favourites - smoked salmon, whitebait, asparagus. The wine list is quite expensive and we paid £33 for a 50cl carafe of white burgundy and £27 for a 50cl carafe pf good ordinary claret.

They don't take American Express and service is 12.5%. Total bill £193 for two courses with wine , no desert or coffee. Still popular but times have moved on and Rowleys has stood still; perhaps thats its attraction.

From beginning to end the service, the food & wine and the atmostphere was absolutely fantastic.........and unlimited chips! Brilliant thank you.
