What can I say....The food was simply terrible. I am in no way a food snob but it was almost inedible. Ok the bread was very good and so was the cucumber yogurt but the hummus was very bland and unseasoned. I think the ultimate insult at this restaurant was the lamb stew. I was horrified when it arrived to find that they had poured a packet of crisps on top of it, as some kind of garnish. In addition the stew itself had no flavour and in fact tasted like a tin of poor quality tomato soup with a couple bits of lamb thrown in. The minced lamb kebabs were also disappointing. The meat tasted cheap and highly processed and felt like I was eating a basic burger from a kid's party in the 1980s. The salad was just as uninspiring, mainly constituting of iceberg lettuce. The only plus point of this restaurant is the BYO alcohol policy. I really would not recommend this restaurant. If you are looking for a grilled meat restaurant I couldn't suggest Green Lanes in North London, Haringey more. My main hang up is the crisps on the stew thing???! Any decent chef would know that this is a huge culinary mistake. I was extremely disappointed with the meal and would urge any true food fans to avoid this place.

This is around the corner from work and we've been meaning to go for at least a year, but never really got around to it. More fool us! This place was superb. Absolutely tiny dining area, but great service and sensational food. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Bear in mind that it's not a big venue, so wouldn't work for large groups (maybe you could call ahead and sort something out, who knows).

The restaurant is quite small but the decor is purely persian and the food delicious. The bread is excellent and the meat is grilled on a special way that makes it special. If you have any chance to visit this place, please do, you won't regret it.

I had the Excellent experience and the poor experience in this restaurant within 2 months.
The food quality, mainly the ingredient differs and you can tell it from the taste of their meat.
The menu is not limited but in my opinion the only good food on the menu is the minced beef kebab (Koobideh)
The bread is excellent.
You can buy your wine or beer from waitrose down the road and all in all if you are lucky and your visit happen to be in one of the times which the food is good then it's a very nice experience.

The decor is really good and seems authentic. Very cozy and small and can get a bit cramped.

The chefs and the waitstaff are really friendly and nice. Not many vegetarian options on the menu. I had the Lady fingers stew with tomatoes and potatoes served with a plate of rice. Decent taste but I was expecting more spice. All in all pretty "meh" if you are vegetarian.
