I absolutely love the concept of these Brazilian restaurants, but this was not amongst the best visits. Not overly impressed by the buffet, and the meat, whilst good, was not spectacular or standing out in any way. It started very well, with very frequent service when we arrived quite early, but towards the end it was a long time between every visit for meat.
They had put 6-7 tables together for one big table, and it was very crowded and you got a bit too close for comfort with the other guests. Definitely not a place you'd go for a romantic date, but maybe you would have got a different table in that case, I don't know. We got a table just next to a room where the staff went past non-stop. Also the music made for a rather tiresome atmosphere.
We asked for the bill, and it took us nearly half an hour to get to pay. They excused it with the connection of the bank temrinal being bad, which obviously is something they can't help. But never did they offer an apology, which definitely should have been due.
Brazilians restaurants like these are great, but this is not the best of the bunch. Same chain has a better restaurant in the O2 at least.
