Stayed here for a week, I really liked the hotel because of the location it's close to the bus line, and not so far from everywhere. The rooms are clean, the staff are so-so. On a good day they are very nice, friendly and helpful. (i noticed the night staff are the cranky ones always) I had a view of old Kent road, which was nice to just look out and see London wake up and go to sleep. You only get free internet if you book on their web site, otherwise you pay. Didn't get to eat breakfast, but there are lots of reastuaunts and eateries around the hotel, all walking distance and supermarkets close by also. Will I stay here again, YES, for sure.

Our first trip out of country planned ourselves. My nephew was getting married and one of the hotels recommended was a Eurotraveler.
This was a clean and comfortable hotel. We had done research, but still were not prepared for differences. You have to pay a steep price for Wi Fi. There was a phone in the room but it was only for internal calls. Once we arrived staff informed us air condition was down which really was not a problem and offered free cancellation should we want. They had a handy paper that showed what busses went where which made getting around easy. They have a restaurant there which we did not try. Otherwise finding food was a little complicated. For the price and with bus transport it was a good fit for us. Elephant castle tube was a couple of blocks away along with national rail. The bus we used took us right to Westminster bridge where a lot of sights are. Overall clean, staff helpful, and for those who didn't use a travel agency reasonable.

stayed one saturday night as a group of 7 girls. The hotel isn't near to any tube station so you have to use the buses but a bus stops just over the road from the hotel.

The pictures of the rooms on here don't look anything like the room we stayed in. The room we stayed in was alot nicer. Very spacious and the shower was lovely. No noise at night and the air con worked really well as i woke up freezing! Soon warmed up though once it was turned off.

Overall hotel is good for 1-2 night stay but location isn't that great if your not into alot of walking especially if you have a case to carry around!

Location - no tube anywhere, so you have to get a bus or taxi. Best not to walk around after dark, as the area did not feel that safe to me.
Reception - the staff were ok, but not great. You could buy snacks, drinks and alcohol at the reception - it is all lined up behind the desk so you can choose it easily.
Bedroom - small, no information about the local area or where to eat (how hard is this to do!), the TV is free view with quite limited choice of channels (unless you want shopping or adult), no wardrobe (but you do get hangers above the table), there is a hair dryer, an ironing board (no iron), basic tea & coffee, and a safe. The bed was very comfy!
Bathroom - the shower was really good. Oddly though, they gave you a separate tap for drinking water to handwashing...
Food - they seemed to be attached to a Chinese restaurant, but there was no mention of other places. I took a walk out and there really wasn't anywhere to eat at all! Ended up walking to tesco and buying something there!
Breakfast - continental only (which is fine), but it was a limited and dry offering. The staff took ages to clear the tables, but did even not wipe them!
Would l use it again - no way!
Students and budget travellers only.

Room Tip: Avoid/ take food with you/ or if you are staying for the Top floor, rear of hotel.

Although this hotel states it is Tower Bridge it is in fact located in the Old Kent Road. I was looking for a hotel near central London but was not prepared to pay £250 plus for bed and breakfast in hotels that did not particularly look great.
The Old Kent Road, although not in the best of areas is only a short bus ride from the Elephant and Castle and Borough tube stations, or a five minute drive.
What surprised me was the price. Just £89 for two people. ( Breakfast not included)

There was parking at the back of the hotel (extra charge) which was secured throughout the night.
The Hotel itself provided excellent accommodation for the price. It was immaculately clean.
The room was large and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a fridge and adequate items in the complimentary tea tray. The room was also air conditioned.

I have stayed in many hotels which cost a lot more and were far less comfortable.
The reception staff were efficient but quite formal.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that did not want to pay central London prices.
The only downside is its location.
For travellers who are driving this is an ideal place to stay whilst visiting central London. I would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at Elephant and Castle as it was the closest tube station according to Late Rooms. The walk down New Kent Rd to the hotel was a lot longer than anticipated. At least 30 minutes and not great with a case. Once i arrived the polite and helpful staff told me that I should have caught a bus. But I was not aware of this. It would've been good to know this before I arrived.

The hotel is clean and adequate with a comfetable double bed and a great sized bathroom although if you like a cosy room this is not the place for you.

For the price, it is great, the location on the website is a wee bit misleading and I saw no sign of Tower Bridge and it is on a rather run down part of the Old Kent Road. The staff were pleasant and helpful and unable to comment on the breakfast as i did not have it included in the price.
