I cannot for the life of me name a place or time in my life, where looking for a good wine was better than my experiences at Vinarius. It's my local wine shop/restaurant with quite a local crowd that attends on a regular basis. Although I'm sure it beckons many a crowd from further afield these days too.

The staff and incredible, very friendly and open for having a chat about the wine. You can see the passion and dedication towards it, it's refreshing and not pretentious at all. It's the first place I can just trust that I will like what I will drink based of their recommendations.

It not only is a place for great wine, which are all reasonably priced. It has an excellent chef who makes fantastic food, often changing the menu regularly and hosting supper clubs which go down a storm. Often fully booked!

The wine isn't cheap supermarket fodder, it's brilliantly sourced regional wines from Italy, France and even England to name a few. (possibly even spain too but I forget). They have an amazing selection of craft beers, ales, meads and more too which can also go down a treat when spending a long evening in the shop.

Its one of the best places in London to get a good bottle of wine and some small dishes on the side. We've been several times and will go back again and again. Great value for money and very friendly!!!

my friend and I were about to book tickets to the supper night, but I wanted to check the place out before we come, so my other friend has joined me today for the dinner. If I could describe it in one word: stupefacente. The service was so attentive, but not annoying, the atmosphere was cozy and relaxin with lovely music on the background. We shared a lovely bottle of wine that was tailored to our taste (and the fact we're students on the budget, so everyone can find something for their wallet size here) shared a starter, a main and a cheese board that were such a good quality and amazingly yummy. We ordered a glass of wine after from their selection since we couldn't easily go away from the place without one more. Overall a great place.

My partner and I have been here a few times and it's one of our favourite spots in East London! Delicious wine at a fair price and delicious food :)
