Description: Originally an oyster warehouse, Scott's has been serving up its legendary seafood since 1851. A conveniently short walk from Green Park and Bond Street tube stations, this Mayfair mainstay uses burgundy leather banquettes and subdued lighting to create an air of old-school elegance which reflects the restaurant's chic clientele. Designed by Martin Brudnizki and highlighted by the exquisite bar topped with onyx and finished in stingray skin, the revamped interior of Scott's still carries the 1960's glamour of yesteryear. Traditional fish and seafood dishes dominate the menu, although seasonal meat and game make an appearance. Atlantic Halibut, Dover Sole and Lobster have proven to be popular choices, and there is also a Roasted Shellfish platter for two to share. The famous oyster bar with its three-metre crustacean display offers a more relaxed dining area and there is also an art deco-style private dining room, ideal for canapé receptions, press launches and private celebrations.

“We enjoyed a tremendous meal”
Reviewed 22 August 2014

Service attentive without being pushy, excellent wine list, albeit not inexpensive.... Special treat for my wife was seeing some notables from the world of film. Busy environment without being too loud... We would return for a special occasion.

“Fantastic lunch”
Reviewed 16 August 2014

Quality begets quality. This is well known established restaurant and as such the service, food and attention to detail is up there with the best and really met my expectations. Fish is the order of the day so if you're not a fan you may want to choose another restaurant.

“Still as Good as Ever”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

My wife and I have been to Scott's three or four times over the years. They are part of the same group as The Ivy, Le Caprice, Bam-Bou, J.Sheekey. If you are seeking a good quality reliable meal for not a cheap night out, approx £150 a couple - 3 courses, wine etc, maybe a special occasion then you cannot go wrong with Scott's. Service is always excellent and the food is of a good standard. A winner most times. I would recommend the cod and chorizo or for a quick snack try the seafood bar.

“Excllent private dining”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

Seven of us for lunch in the private dining room was a thoroughly memorable affair ,wonderfully overseen by Dermot from Scotts.
All fish dishes were cooked to perfection and matched perfectly to the wines recommneded by Dermot - a soft smotth St Veran and a light Givry - yes burgundy with fish .
Service was spot on and no problems with my GF request .
