Called in here for a Sunday breakfast treat while my sister was staying. We each had the breakfast waffle (we chose cinnamon ones) which came with maple syrup and crispy bacon and a small side of cheese which I declined. They were perfect. Light, crispy, and hot with the ideal amount of syrup - enough to get some on each mouthful but not so much it was swimming in it! Coffee was ok but not very strong. We sat outside as the place was fairly busy and we didn't want to sit at the counter. Will be back.

The waffles themselves were pretty good but the toppings weren’t so great. I had rock hard bacon, slightly under cooked egg and fridge-cold cheese that hadn’t had any chance to melt. I imagine the sweet waffles would be excellent and the burgers looked good too. Tasty milkshake. Brusque service. Overall okish.

Thought I would try the breakfast in this American style dinner this morning. Glad I did. Lovely friendly place and good food. I could tell that there were a lot of repeat customers coming in while I was there, and that's no suprise as everyone is well looked after. There is lots to choose from on the menu. Fully recommend this place. I'll be coming back!

I originally chose waffle jacks as somewhere to pass the time while I was using the launderette next door. I was so impressed by the food and service, I come down here about once a week.

I know that every time I walk in the door at waffle jacks, everything is going to fine and I will genuinely enjoy the experience. I was so hungry today, I went for chicken nuggets and chips, corn dogs and onion rings!

I really can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is one of the best local businesses I’ve seen. The gentleman who owns waffle jacks is so customer focused, I could probably learn a lot from him.

Firstly, the service at Waffle Jack's has to be mentioned. What a lovely bunch of people. The owner is a fantastic guy who is leading a very talented team. Nothing is missed. We felt very well looked after.
Now the food, well, over indulgent and absolutely fantastic. The waffles are little slices of heaven. What a fantastic range of toppings to chose from. I think as a table we pushed the boat out with our choices and no one was unhappy.
The milkshakes are to die for.
No need to be watching the waistline here - so worth it though!
