Can’t fault hotel or staff! Great location, fantastic views. Direct access to the o2, 2 min walk. Also located on the Thames River path within walking distance to Greenwich. Room was very high standard and extremely comfortable.

There is not one thing to complain about with intercontinental o2! They are an amazing hotel. With excellent service and really friendly staff. If you're staying in london and want a lovely hotel to stay in and don't mind spending a little money then Intercontinental o2 is where you need to go!
I didn't want to leave ❤️

Room Tip: Room temp only goes up to 22○c

Nice room, well though out with all amenities, only issue was the coffee cups are too small for the coffee machine portion which resulted in spillage.
Friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and easy access to the O2.

Amazingly helpful and caring. Sadly it took over an hour to gain access to the room as it needed to be checked by housekeeping, housekeeing were obviously to busy. All staff were very helpful and made my stay there so much easier. For once being in a wheelchair was not an issue.

We booked this hotel as we were going to see Pearl Jam at the O2. The show was cancelled!, luckily our upgraded 14th floor room was magnificent as was the service, breakfast was exceptional and the views from our room wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the Greek concierge(sorry don't know his name) who arranged a London show booking for us. Exceptional.
