“Excellent location!”
Reviewed 14 April 2017 for a stay in October 2016

I stayed there with my husband, my sister-in-law and her husband for approximately 6 days in October 2016. The location of this flat is simply amazing! It is less than 2 minutes walk to Chinatown as well as the Leicester Square and Tottenhem Court Road Train Stations. There are many good restaurants nearby and many pubs and local bars in the area if you are interested to have a drink!

The flat is 2-bedroom flat. The "master-bedroom" has a built-in closet whilst the second room simply has a bed (with a heater). It has one bathroom. Even though this is not a very big flat, it is comfortable, clean and has everything that we needed during our stay. For instance, it has a washer cum dryer and a fully functional kitchen for us to use. It also has iron, ironing board and TV in its living area. One thing to note is - there isn't any lift / elevator in the building. Hence, if you have a lot of luggage (like us), you would need to carry them up the narrow stairs.

When you are in the living room, you may hear noises from the pubs and restaurants downstair at night - but because the rooms are located at the "back" of the apartment, we didn't have any problem sleeping at night during our entire stay there.

The person who we met when we checked into the flat was friendly and nice. She explained everything about the flat to us perfectly and made sure that we would call her if there is anything wrong with the apartment.

We were very happy that we managed to stay in this apartment during our stay in London. We would definitely recommend this to everyone!

“Great flat in the middle of everythin”
Reviewed 1 January 2016 for a stay in November 2015

This was one of my favorite flat rentals that I've rented over the last 9 years.
It's on Old Compton St which is quite loud late on the weekends, but the windows did a good job keeping the noise out.
No street noise was ever heard from the back bedrooms.

The flat has a dishwasher and a washer/drier unit with made things helpful.

The only downside to the flat was the lack of closets for clothes and luggage, as only 1 bedroom has a wardrobe.

Beds were very comfortable and warm

Due to it's location, this flat makes it perfect for walking to everything.

Would recommend this and hope to stay here again on my next visit.

“Great location”
Reviewed 2 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Met the staff as planned, who was very cordial and was given a quick tour and then some basic instructions for use of the appliances. The apartment was spotless upon arrival! Our stay included 5 adults, two married couples and a single. We had two bedrooms and then the living room with a futon. Overall the accommodations were more than adequate. There were fresh linens for each of us. We had good wifi, although it did have to be "topped up" one day after our arrival, but once it was, there were no further issues. The flat was centrally located to everything in Soho and Covent Gardens, perfect to walking around for a few hours, then coming back to in the afternoon for a rest before our evening activities. The flat was only a few (less than 10) minute walk to Leicester Square and the tube station. Overall we would highly recommend this location. We did try The Greyhound pub across the street for one meal and a pint, which we were very pleased with. We ate at Ed's Diner, right across the street as well, the food was just okay, but we were there towards closing time. We also had pizza from the little Italian restaurant right below the flat (four times!!), perfect late night meal as they were open until midnight every night. Our only issue with the apartment was the street noise later in the evenings, especially on weekends, but wouldn't deter us from renting again.
