Stayed in the travel lodge 18th-19th October 2013. Its roughly what you expect for £40 a night.
Bus route right outside the hotel which leads on to Kilburn underground about a mile from the hotel.
The room was relatively clean with a nice flat screen television. The bathroom again was clean however a little cramped and steamed up very easily.
The bedding seemed ok however towels were grey and no bath mat was included, so the wet floor in the bathroom was a bit of a pain.
From reading other reviews it seemed as though i got lucky and had a room situated away from the main road. The view from my window looked out onto a roof and car park below, however the room was just for sleeping in so if I wanted a better view I would have stayed closer to the city center.
Another downside to the stay was the frequent fire alarm which literally went off several times during my stay. One being 4pm in the afternoon and another nearer 4am in the morning.
Never seen any members of staff apart from on arrival and leaving.
All in all not a bad hotel. Easy access to the tube and has a tesco express just next door which was handy as an alternative breakfast or quick lunch. Would stay here again.
