The only good thing about this property is the location. What you see on the internet is not what you get. Had long term stay at these apartments big mistake - the building itself needs an overall clean and carpets ripped up and replaced. All studio aparments - very small and some a bit bigger - kitcken utensils very sparse - one small saucepan (no lid), one small fry pan which has seen better days. Our bed was ok but open the windows and all the noise comes in especially at night very noisy - (you had to leave windows open gets veryhot inside) no air-conditioning. I could go on but if stayng overnight I guess it would be ok but if staying longterm absolutely not. The is property needs a major overhaul. The photos on the internet are misleading.

Arrived on the 27th Dec, paid £20 for a cab, however the tubes will not only get you there sooner but cheaper, it is £7.30 for a day ticket. Take underground at Euston to Oxford Circus, then change lines to central approx four stops Red Line to Queensway. Will take you about 15 minutes.
Arrived at Hotel and yes the staff where helpful and polite, the room 24 is behind the lifts on the ground floor, Whole apartment very small but adequate for your needs, tv,kettle, fridge, microwave etc, all help make your stay a little easier. Bathroom modern but the shower tiny.
The problem we had was the bed, Omg, when you use the word Executive you assume you are going to get a great nights sleep in room that has more than the basic run of the mill furniture.
I honestly did not sleep a wink, and seriously contemplated sleeping on the floor.
The mattress was flat and you could not only feel every spring but you had to turn up the tv because of the noise it made every time you sat on it.
Saw a homeless guy with a filthy quilt over his shoulder, could not help thinking that it looked so much more comfortable than the bed I was to sleep in, was thinking of making him an offer for it.

Another issue is that you can here the tubes running past or under the room lol, you do get used to it but once it's in your head you tend to listen out for them.

Had a chat with the girl at reception who was sympathetic with regard to the bed issue, and asked if I would like to move rooms, which we agreed, she gave us a key on the fourth floor which overlooked the front of the building. The room was exactly the same as the first but with a far better bed, result you would think!!!! Wrong, the issue here was that the old sach windows let in every bit of noise, even though we where so far up you could hear conversations of passers by, traffic, etc, needles to say that I did not sleep well again and woke up at some point during every hour.

The apartments are situated in an ideal location, and you are only a stones throw away from any destination, which was great, the rooms where clean and tidy. And can not fault the staff.
However For me not much point in returning to these apartments, I am not a person who sleeps for 8 hours a night as it is, but would like at least five or six hours, I came home knackered.

The room cost us £98 per night, surely they can invest in beds that will give you a good nights sleep. As for the Sach windows well again I realise that you can't go around ripping them out on listed buildings, but what about interior sound double glazing that can be fitted to the inside of the window?

We don't go away to spend our time in a room, and believe me we only used the room to get our heads down, but what's the point if you can't sleep due to things that can easily be rectified.

Would recommend these apartments to anyone if you are ok with little sleep, and enjoy paying almost £100 per night for the privilege.

Room Tip: Try Premier Inns, at least they guarantee a good nights sleep, but you may pay more.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights from 17th December - 19th December. We booked through booking.com and paid £70 per night.

We got the tube from Kings Cross to Bayswater and found that the apartments were a 2 minute walk round the corner. Very handy. It is also a couple of minutes walk to Queensway tube station also. The street looks very grand with the terraces and although there are a few hostels along the street, you would never guess apart from a few people standing outside smoking.

We entered the reception where the receptionist handed us our keys and took payment. She didn't really explain very well where we had to go, we had to work out for ourselves that the lift was just along the hall. The lift is big enough for a few suitcases. I had emailed in advance to ask for a front facing apartment and I was delighted to find out we had been given a front facing room on the 3rd floor so the views out to the street were quite nice!

The apartment is small - we had a double apartment - there is only room for 2 adults, if you have children or anything this apartment would be far too small. It had 2 chairs, a table, kitchen with micowave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and sink with cutlery etc. Anything you need really for a base and if you wanted to perhaps cook breakfast or lunch, you could do this. The bathroom was the nice with a powerful shower. You are given two bath and hand towels, I took a towel in advance as I wasn't sure. You will need to bring your own hairdryer however. There is also a plug-in fan for hot nights. I was extremely warm the first night.

The bed is ok - not the most comfortable, ours seemed like it had been broken before and not repaired. We did manage to get a decent enough sleep. As I said before, it was warm but it was too noisy outside to open the window. I woke up at 5am one morning due to boys outside on the street shouting and on motorbikes.

On our departure, we asked to leave our suitcases as we were going out for the day and our flight home was not until the evening. We paid £5 to do so. This was the most disappointing part of our visit - when you leave your luggage, the receptionist puts a sticker with your room number on your luggage and then it is taken away to a storage facility. When we returned to pick ours up, we were asked to go with the woman to pick them up, taken up to a first floor stairway where the luggage is kept and told to "take our luggage". There was no checks as to which room we had been in. Anyone could have taken any cases.

Overall, this is a decent base to your stay. The location is excellent, you are not far from Hyde Park and the surrounding area is very nice (kensington, etc). To be honest, you would struggle to get a better location for the price. The accomodation is basic however this is to be expected, and who spends a lot of time in their room anyway??

I have rated it an average because I would assess it as being "good" - not very good.

We stayed here for 1 night in December. The apartments were easy to find. We got a cab from Kings Cross in rush hour and it was £17.

Check in was quick and easy and staff are lovely. The rooms are small and basic (rather than executive!) but lovely and warm and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. We were front facing so had a good view. Nice clean towels are provided and you can hire a hair dryer from Reception for a £20 refundable deposit.

Location-wise, it's excellent for Hyde Park and a few mins walk from a tube station. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room

stayed here in the run up to Christmas, the hotel was full but found it exactly as we had hoped. It is small but modern and had all the facilities you could hope for. The apartments where small, but again well equipped, modern and perhaps more importantly well clean and well maintained. I would recommend these apartments and will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

After initially reading the reviews on here I thought I had done the wrong thing by booking but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival - a two minute walk from both bayswater tube station and queensway.. PERFECTLY located for visiting Central London.
Staff were both friendly and helpful upon check in and arranged a 'quiet room' as I had requested. We were located in the basement and although the room was small it was comfortable, clean and had just about everything in you would need (no wifi and poor signal but not an issue for us!). Also the hotel offers a luggage storage facility .. £5.00 for all your bags, all day - pretty reasonable!
Would definitely recommend these apartments and will use them again when visiting the capital!

Hotel was easy to find from bayswater or queens way underground (literally one street over) room small but big enough for 2! Kitchen was adequate we cooked every night. Bathroom was great for us although if you are a bigger person the shower is tiny and the doors do not open very far. Other wise it's fine. We enjoyed our stay here public transport is right on your door step & Kensington gardens are across the road beautiful location great price happy customers!
