Gordons is amazing. They have a great wine list with a good range of pricing, and the cheese platters are excellent. Don't forget to try their delicious port straight from the barrell too. A visit to Gordons is like taking a step back in time, espacially if you get a table in the cellar area which is lit by candlelight only. Inside or out, expect to share your table with other couples, tourists or commuters who work in the area and know this Gem of a bar. Table sharing is all part of the charm here, you're assured interesting and varied conversations. The other great thing about Gordons is if you visit enough times you'll get to know the lovely and friendly staff and it almost feels like visiting family. If you are a visitor to London and only have time for one pub or bar, then don't miss this place !

We often visit Gordons and it never disappoints.
Experience the hidden gem, under the ground or on the open terrace.
Our favourites are the Gordons Tawny or Ruby port and with the amazing selection of over 20 cheeses it never fails to delight us.

I always love a visit to Gordons Bar when I’m in London and I managed to squeeze it in this weekend with girlfriends... great atmosphere as always, got a good central table inside... wine was great and the cheese board lunch was superb... would highly recommend

Don’t really need to add anything to my title but we had a couple of glasses of House rosè as it was a baking hot day. The wine and service were excellent, the olives we had as nibbles were great too - limited selection for the non wine drinkers in the party but it never claims to be a juice bar so easy to forgive!!

Quirky, cool and definitely somewhat a little different. The wine bar sells wine, water or fresh orange from a massive plastic jug (not so great if you go with someone driving!) No beers, ciders etc etc etc
Decor is ace- dusty and musty but romantic with dozens of candles and awesome seating areas inside the actual wine cellar.
Very popular and busy.
