We had a four night break at Little Willows - a delightful modern cottage next to the owner's home. It is set in a beautiful garden and we enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It's not far from the beautiful Norfolk coast and the shops and entertainment of Norwich.

Room Tip: Two lovely comfortable rooms, the larger one has a bath and shower and the smaller room has only a s...

We needed a place to stay near Norwich as we were visiting for the funeral of an old friend. Little Willows came up on an internet search. It wasn't listed first but it looked welcoming and Sally's friendly voice over the phone confirmed our choice. Set in a beautiful garden it was a relaxing safe haven after a long journey. Sally recommended a great place for our evening meal - she's lived in the area a long time and knows it well. After a comfortable night, our breakfast was delicious and we set off refreshed and fortified for the demands of the day. We hope to be returning for a longer stay.

Room Tip: Room one is larger to accommodate a dog or a cot, and has a bath while Room Two has a shower.

We stayed for 2 nights at Little Willows and had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Sally was very welcoming and helpful, breakfast excellent and she had advice on places to eat etc if needed. The 2 rooms are in a separate building with a quiet seating area outside if the weather good. Breakfast was served in the beautiful main house. Great access to both the Broads and Norwich so ideal for visiting both.

Stayed in this wonderful B&B whilst in Norfolk for a friend's wedding this weekend, which was ideally situated just 10 minutes away. Sally and Lola were most welcoming. Muffins on arrival, a lovely recommended restaurant booked in advance for us for dinner on our first night and scrumptious breakfasts (We will miss that tomorrow!!), the scrambled eggs from Sally's chickens were especially tasty. The accommodation was comfy and cosy with pretty garden and patio area - it had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure meeting you both for your short stay and I'm so glad that you brought the good weather with you.
Little Willows is a good location for Hales Hall being just about 10 minutes away - something that you found to be most convenient I have had quite a few guests staying over the last few months who have been attending weddings at Hales Hall.
It would be so nice to welcome you back should you be visiting Norfolk in the future and please don't forget that the whole cottage can be booked for self catering.

We have stayed in several B & B's in the Norwich area and this has been the most pleasant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious. The accommodation is set within well tended and beautiful gardens. Sally goes out of her way to make the stay as pleasant as she can. The cottage is in a rural area but is close to the main road and has easy access to the Broads and Norwich. We enjoyed our stay at Little Willows and would have no reservations about staying there in the future.

Don't know what happened to my Management Responce that I posted some days ago so here goes again!
Thank you both for taking time to write a review on your stay. I must also thank you for sending a CD of photographs that you took here during your stay. I shall try to post some onto the website.
I do hope that I may welcome you back particularly if you decide to get a puppy from the person you visited after leaving me.
It was a pleasure to meet you

We booked into this little B&B at very short notice - well what a great little find.

Sally was an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is in a little cottage next to the main house in it's own grounds, very modern and clean. Plenty of off road parking, and a nice quiet location - what more could anyone ask for.

The breakfast is amazing, plenty to eat, local produce (eggs laid by hens in the garden) and rather delicious I must add :-)

If you are looking for somewhere to stay - look no further.....you won't be dissapointed.

The accommodation is ideally located for the Norfolk Broads, Seaside (Great Yarmouth), shopping (Norwich) - all within 30 mins drive.
