One of the best places in Norwich for disabled access and excellent service for special needs. Staff are totally trained and educated in the needs for disability awareness and are always so very helpful to suit individuals. Blending of food if required and always on top form with a welcoming and supportive environment.
One thing that could benefit such a diverse and fresh venue for total inclusion and equality would be an appropriate adult changing room and hoist.
To add as well the Costa coffee shop is equally welcoming, comfortable and accessible. Three cheers for an amazing, sociable, inclusive and professional business. More people need to know about you all.

From the time we arrived the staff couldn't have been more friendly. The room was clean and tidy. My favourite bit? the restaurant. For the first time that i can remember i got a steak cooked as i asked for, a thick juicy medium rare. This one earned major brownie points.

We stayed for one night and it was great.
We have stayed at this hotel before and it is always great .
From the time we stepped into reception and given our room card.
To the time we checked out it is a favourite place to stay.
Nothing is too much trouble for anyone there from the staff at reception.
To the girls who clean the rooms.
They are a credit to a wonderfully hotel.

Room Tip: The 2nd floor have some bigger double rooms.

Spent one night with my wife, son 13, daughter 10. Very clean room with nice balcony overlooking gardens and river.

Very friendly staff on arrival, breakfast also very good, staff doing their best to keep the hot food flowing as very busy and people making the most of their "All you can eat" policy

Will return again

My partner, mother-in-law and I enjoyed 2 nights at the Premier Inn. There are plenty of good restaurants close by and the Inn is situated opposite the railway station and a 10 minutes walk to the town centre. We found the rooms clean and warm and the staff friendly. We got a fantastic deal and would definitely use Premier Inn again.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms are sparklingly clean. Of course this is budget accommodation but is very good value. It is lovely it is on the river but is on the end of road full of clubs(might be good or bad depending on your age!). As per another reviewer we were dropping our son off at UEA and it was well worth it. Norwich is a lovely city and we had a good night out before returning to London

This is Ok but I think the Premier Inn in Dukes street is a better location, right there in the high street. Simple rooms normal Premier Inn purple EVERYWHERE! Fine if you are on business and a budget.
