Well located for town centre and surpisingly quiet though you can hear noise from outside corridors.
Room spotless functional drab and well lit.
Service freidnly and genuinely helpful.

My friend and I stayed here for the night while on a hen weekend the location is spot on not far to walk back at the end of a night round the bars/clubs, comfortable, clean, massive bathroom! no noise whatsoever! booked on a premier saver rate so overall very pleased with what we got and would recommend anytime!

Room Tip: Higher floor has better view and no noise whatsoever

I stayed for 3 nights with my baby. We encountered many members of staff during our stay and everyone of them was exceptionally friendly, helpful and competent.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was fantastic. This hotel and it's staff were far superior to many 5 star places I've stayed in. They were literally bending over backwards to make us feel comfortable.

Room Tip: I had a balcony family room, 127.

Firstly the Premier Inn itself was lovely; rooms were of the normal clean standard.

We were located on the ground floor on the car park side of the hotel.

As we stayed on bank holiday Sunday, there was some noise during the night coming from the nearby Riverside complex, but nothing that you could not sleep through.

We were however disturbed in the night by the room next door having an argument, but true to the Premier Inn ‘good night guarantee’ this was quickly dealt with and we received a refund for the cost of our room.

The hotel was a perfect location for both the Riverside complex and the shopping centre.

I was extremely disappointed with the Table Table restaurant however. I have dined in a few of these before, though not this one, and have found them to be very reasonable.

We opted for the ‘£22 meal deal’ – starter, main, dessert, drink and breakfast the next day. There were 5 starters to choose from, 10 mains and 5 desserts – so plenty of options.

The starter (garlic mushrooms) and dessert (crumble/profita rolls) was fine – though there was not much room for error here. The mains however were of a very poor standard. The gammon was extremely chewy and the fish was very very soggy. We were very disappointed and struggled to eat them. It was by far the worst meal I have had at a Premier Inn restaurant. The breakfast was fine, but all the food on the breakfast buffet is the same as every other Premier Inn.

I would stay in this hotel again, but I would avoid the restaurant for anything other than breakfast.

We spent one night at this hotel after traveling from London on the train. The hotel is super convenient to the train station, although we had a bit of difficulty in finding the front entrance when walking as we had to go through the parking lot.

Our room was quite basic - a double bed, chair, small desk & chair, and bath. The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows, which was a very nice touch. The television had several channels, there was a kettle with everything needed for tea, and there was also a hair dryer. The bath did not have all of the soaps and lotions, but this is a basic hotel so I guess that is the norm.

Our room faced the road and I was concerned about road noise, but there were double windows so we really didn't hear anything all night :)

We ate breakfast in the hotel and the full English breakfast was good. It was certainly far cheaper than the one offered by our hotel in London!

We used the 30 minutes of free WiFi and I had no problems connecting or obtaining service.

The front desk clerk was very friendly.

All in all, we were happy with the hotel as it provided exactly what we wanted - a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay that wasn't expensive.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it is in the city centre opposite the main train station. One problem was the £3 per night wifi, as it was very slow. The staff were great and the location ideal. The room was clean and really nice with a good TV. Locally there is a Morrisons supermarket which does a good breakfast at a good price and a Weatherspoons which will provide the same and again at good prices with wifi thrown in!
In short stay at this hotel and enjoy the advantages.
Ps stay at the back for quietness and stay at the front for the entertainment!

Room Tip: Tell the staff what you want.

We stayed here for two nights, using it as a base to explore Norwich and to visit family in the area. Although the hotel gives the impression of being a little older, it was still absolutely dead on for our needs. The hotel in general, and our room in particular, were spotless.

Travelling with our three month old daughter, we were given a huge room on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the river. This room must be used both as a family room as well as a disabled-access room, and so we had plenty of space for the baby’s travel cot (provided by the hotel), as well as all the other baby essentials that seem to take up so much space. The travel cot was a good size, but we brought our own mattress from the baby’s cradle as we thought she would be more familiar with it, and we were glad we did as the provided mattress was a little thin and didn’t seem particularly comfortable.

The room was great but the location within the hotel was not ideal, as it involved a lot of traipsing up stairs and along a number of corridors: not easy when your arms are full of baby stuff, and I imagine not easy if you are in a wheelchair and have to negotiate a number of doorways.

We ate out of the hotel restaurant both nights, but had to eat in our room as we had put the baby to bed by then. Unfortunately the hotel does not do room service and you need arms like Popeye to carry the massive, laden tray the full length of the hotel and up a flight of stairs. Saying that, the food was of a very good standard: we’d recommend the Continental sharing platter, simply for the baked Camembert: delicious!

The hotel is easy to get to, the free car park is a massive bonus, and its location for the city centre is ideal for exploring. We’d definitely go back.

Room Tip: Bring your own baby mattress for the travel cot
