“Very good.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2014

I stayed there with my friend and was very happy. Great location. Not noisy at all. Huge modern room, spotless bathroom (and ver very big for hotels). Wi-fi. Everything was perfect. We didn't have breakfast but apart from that we were very happy. And great value for that room.

Three night stay for the simple reason we had never been to Norwich. This Premier Inn is situated by the river, just across the river from the station. It is a large hotel, typical efficient and effective Premier Inn layout - extremely good value. On asking for a room overlooking the river, we were very pleased to get a room with a balcony (room 227).

Norwich is very worth a 'city break', and this Premier Inn is the perfect base for this.

Room Tip: Ask for a river side room - do not book in online (as you cannot make such requests online - only a...

We stayed for one night on an exceptional rate, having been to a relatives 80th birthday celebrations. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The twin bedded room was as all Premier Inn rooms, comfortable, with the expected facilities, and an absolute bargain at the rate we paid.
We crossed over the road and took the riverside walk to Cathedral Close, and enjoyed a beautiful stroll around, and then crossed over Tombland and into Elm Hill. The next day we were very appreciative of the free parking, looked further around Norwich, and enjoyed shopping in Jarrolds.

We stayed here with friends last week-end in order to take part in the Norwich 100 bike ride. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were more than happy for us to park our bikes in our substantially sized room and our breakfast charge was refunded with no quibble as unable to take it at the time offered. When asked if our friends might be allowed to use our facilities the following day after the ride we were provided with additional towels and refreshments upon request - great service.
The room as mentioned, was a good size with a large bathroom hosting a powerful shower. We overlooked the courtyard which unfortunately was rather noisy from road traffic and Saturday street noise, together with comings and goings from doors in the corridors throughout the night. It was however clean and comfortable.
Service with breakfast, again, was spot on. Plenty of choice and can highly recommend the porridge!
Convenient for the city centre, good valu,e and excellent service all round.

Room Tip: Room 506 suffered a little from road noise

The staff are polite and professional and the service excellent we stayed over in the hotel, the room was exceptionally clean and fresh. We had lunch which was great and again the service was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: River view is optional but I would recommend this when booking in.

This is the third stay at this hotel over the past year. Without a doubt the level of service and quality of the stay has not diminished over this time. The location of the premises near to the city centre shopping and it's proximity to the nearby Riverside Centre with bars and restaurants is excellent. If you're intending a short trip to Norwich then look no further than hear.
