A very big hotel, but clean, well run with a good house keeping staff. The breakfast was great, plenty for all. A great location close to town and opposite the Train Station.

A great base to explore Norfolk.

We stayed at this Premier Inn to attend a family wedding which also happened to be on the same weekend as the last Norwich City football match & a festival was also going on - so hotels were hard to come by. I would say that these things made the cost of the premier inn more than normal - but that being said it was a great location (very close to train station & easy walk into town. We parked our car on the Friday and didn't move it until we left on the Sunday. They provided a travel cot for my little baby and the staff were making such a fuss over him, it was lovely.

The breakfast here was not great - I am vegetarian and there weren't many choices for me. I asked for some veggie sausages which came out looking a bit worse for wear (assuming just whacked in the microwave from frozen). But I know you can't expect too much from a premier inn breakfast buffet - however at £8 a head (or something like that) I'd go to a cafe or somewhere in town.

This is a typical Premier, clean and comfortable with good staff and a very good breakfast. It is situated right by the river in Norwich. The only downside is that it is in an area with quite a few night clubs and it did get rather noisy on the Saturday night.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, very impressed. Good location nr city centre and by the river. Good choice of restaurants close by in the riverside area. Breakfasts were good and we eat once in the evening which was also good. Plenty of car parking. I cannot think of any negatives

This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The Premier breakfast is excellent and the hotel is in a really nice location. It is lovely to sit outside the resturant which is by the river. The beds are reasonably comfortable and very clean.
