We needed accommodation in this area of Norfolk because we had friends staying nearby. It fitted the bill. At £60 a night for a double en-suite room including breakfast, one couldn't really complain. It wasn't the height of luxury and with the double bed dominating the room there wasn't a lot of space. And the en-suite was tiny with a sliding door because a conventional door simply wouldn't fit. The kitchen air extract below the window was noisy, but it was turned off fairly early each evening and didn't disturb our sleep. Smokers sometimes congregated in the outside area below our window and the smell of cigarette smoke wasn't pleasant. It was good to be able to access the rooms without having to go through the pub. Breakfast was fruit juice, a choice of packet cereals and a full English, plus toast, tea/coffee etc. I doubt there was a continental alternative. But it was fresh, good quality and well cooked - the sausage and bacon were particularly fine. The evening menu was good too with all the usual pub favourites available at very good prices. The hosts were very pleasant and we would certainly stay there again despite the shortcomings mentioned above. I would rate the accommodation "good" and in terms of value for money "very good".
