This is a brilliant B&B, accommodation is immaculate, staff are lovely and helpful. Very close to Norwich city centre shops and nightlife. Overall great value for money. Will definitely stay here again

Well appointed rooms above a quiet pub with off street parking and a secure separate entrance from the pub. In room continental breakfast (english option available if you are willing to travel to their sister hotel - not tried this). Fridge and cutlery in the room in case you bring back a take out.

Great shower (no bath). comfy bed and a large flat screen telly, however the free wifi was all i needed. local bars convenience stores and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute walk into the town centre.

Stayed twice already and have booked a further 2 more weeks until the end of my contract.

We stayed here for a last minute valentines get away. On arrival, Rob the bar manager was very friendly and provided us with all information necessary for our stay.

Our room was a very good size with nice decor. Very comfy and clean, with everything you needed. The bathroom was very nice and big with a rainforest shower as well as a normal one. It looked very new and modern.

The breakfast hamper was lovely and very generous. We had fruit, yoghurt, muffins, crossaints and cereal. There were also great drink making facilities, including a cafetiere. There was also a variety of tea to choose from and hot chocolate.

Though the location was a 30 min walk to town, this didn't bother us.

There were no issues with giving us a later check out at no extra cost.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had no trouble finding the location of the establishment on the outskirts of Norwich but did arrive to find limited parking space in the car park with very little in terms of on-street car parking. We were greeted with lovely service and we found ourselves to be very welcomed. The entrance is separate to the pub itself.

The room was spotless and we could not fault a thing except for the slightly tilted floor in one corner (which you might expect from a pub of it's age). The pub provides a stocked mini-fridge and lovely hampers for a continental breakfast. As an alternative they also provide you with a voucher to a local pub which provides cooked breakfasts, however, me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed what was already on offer.

The hotel is in a great location for a stop-over when visiting The Broads and we would definitely recommend a day trip in the summer.

Overall, we found our stay very relaxing and enjoyable and would definitely stay here again in the future.

ideally located on quiet but central street , we took a slow walk into the city centre and it took 30 minutes , although a taxi back was only £5.50 .friendly helpful staff, the door to the accomodation is separate from the pub . clean warm rooms nicely decorated . nice continental breakfast in room or the option to eat cooked breakfast at sister pub closeby

Myself and my partner stayed for 1 night on October 29th this year and found this an absolute delight. We had reservations about staying over a pub but they were unfounded. The room was lovely and felt separate from the pub with its own entrance. On the night we stayed there was a quiz night in the pub and the locals were so friendly.Would stay again.Great value for money!

We booked very last minute, and managed to find this gem! The pub it is attached to was lovely; friendly people and very welcoming. The room was luxurious and spotless, the bathroom lovely, and the continental breakfast left in the room was tasty. I would definitely recommend and am sure we will visit again.
