A rather unusual medieval city Church, lacking a chancel and containing monuments and some of the best brasses in Norwich. Built within the old City Wall of Norwich where, it was said, there was a Church for every Sunday in the year, and a pub for every day! Although the Church remains consecreated, it is mostly used for display but, for a while, it was used by the Greek Orthodox community for worship. Well worth a visit.
Stands close to the Maddermarket Theatre, built in the traditional Elizabethan style.
