The owner of this business, Tim Kinnaird (a Masterchef finalist), has now opened a shop in the centre of Norwich. We visited whilst in the area on holiday and were certainly not disappointed. The trays of temping flavours are a feast for the eyes, and the shop has a couple of tables for those who really can't wait until they get home to sample the delights. We indulged... the salted caramel layered gateau was awesome - it was hard to stop at just one slice! The raspberry and rose giant macaron combined the subtle rose cream with juicy fresh raspberries and the crunch and chewiness of the macaron - YUMMY! The passion fruit and lemon pot was the last of our indulgences whilst in the store - the intense flavour of the passion fruit contrasted wonderfully with the creamy lemon. We also purchased a box of macarons to take away - Maple, bacon and blueberry? WOW! and the salted caramel is definitely one to include in any box of macarons. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly visit again next time we are in Norwich, Oh, and the marshmallows are fantastic - even better than those sold in Fortnum & Mason in London!
