I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. All the staff were helpful and efficient and the room was roomy and very clean. Also easy free parking nearby

My family and I had a really great night stay at this hotel, good from the start to the finish.
Room was huge and the bathroom was very modern, everything was spotless.
Parking was a piece of cake and very close by - and free.
Staff were very accommodating, and that was both shifts.
Our expectations are now very high when booking hotels in the future, experienced the reality this recently, had a dreadful weeked in a Hoilday Inn.
It's no wonder such a decent bloke like Lenny Henry promotes Preimer Inn !

Room Tip: Validate car part ticket after checking out.

My first visit to Norwich and my first stay at a Premier Inn, chosen as it was close to the station because I am somewhat elderly. If this is a budget hotel, it is far superior to those with other names. It exceeded all my expectations for room, pleasantness of Staff, efficiency, and food available in the Nelson Restaurant. I had to cut short my stay by one night, and when I was given a refund both for the room and the breakfast which I had already paid for, well that was the icing on the cake. Well done Premier Inn. I will look for you elsewhere in future.

Although fairly local to Norwich my husband and I had booked for the theatre and decided to stay over night and make a leisurely week end in Norwich. We booked this hotel for it's location and price and were not disappointed. The hotel was up to the usual high standards of the Premier chain, friendly staff, comfortable room and clean. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was very good and excellent value at £7.99 per head. The car parking at the multi storey a few steps from the hotel was a bonus, the ticket was validated by the reception staff on checkout which enabled free parking, not only for our stay but for a further 12 hours after validation! We would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and have nothing but praise. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of average size but well appointed. There was a dual purpose heating and air conditioning device which worked very efficiently. The bar on the ground floor was small but welcoming. We didn't eat here although the menu seemed adequate. The car park is before you reach the hotel and you're advised to park before checking in (The St. Andrew's car park). The hotel stamps your car park ticket and you are not charged for your stay.

My boyfriend and I wanted to spend a few days shopping in Norwich, our goal was to shop so we weren't concerned about finding a special hotel for a romantic weekend away. We read all the positive reviews about this Premier Inn so decided to book. I've never stayed in these type of budget chain hotels before so was pleasantly surprised. The service was very professional and friendly. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had drinks in the bar a few times too, nice atmosphere and service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Premier Inn is a great choice for a reasonably priced night in a hotel, it's not a special occasion hotel but it ticks all other boxes. Well done!

This is a very good value hotel in an excellent city centre location. We booked the day before just for one night although if you wanted to spend a few days exploring central Norwich this would be an ideal base. We paid £71 but if you could organise booking much further in advance then the price you pay becomes the most amazing value at just £29 per night.

We checked in at 2:00, all very friendly and efficient. We had a room on the top floor facing the road but it was very quiet. Premier Inns all have a fairly standard layout and this was no exception. It was clean and functional with everything you are likely to need. The only downside is there was only one set of towels when they knew that two of us were staying. With so many places to eat within a 5 minute walk we never sampled the restaurant for either dinner or breakfast.

The free car parking offers fantastic value. Once you check out and have your parking ticket validated, you still have a further 12 hours of free parking left.
