First experience of Premier Inns. Immaculately clean, well equipped and comfortable. No outside or inside noise, friendly staff, parking in next-door multi storey car park refunded without question, First-class breakfast buffet - all in all, for £29 booked online, exceptional value - will return without hesitation

Room Tip: Third floor was quiet iinside and outside

The location was the main reason why we chose the Premier Inn City Centre Duke Street. We would not normally chose this type of mass market accommodation, but we were pleasantly surprised and will use this chain of accommodation again.

Centrally placed, close to the City Centre and theatres it was ideal. Free parking was available adjacent in a multi-story car park and 30 minutes free Wi-Fi per day, with further time available at £3 for 24hours. Large room with large bath and shower over.

Good breakfast, as much as you can eat.

"It did just what it said on the tin!"

We came to Norwich for a Wine Tasting Dinner at the Iron Horse restaurant, and as the Beeches Hotel is no longer satisfactory for us, we booked in here. Tuesday seems to be their busiest night, so we paid more than we usually do, but it was convenient.

It is easy to find and we drove into the multi-story car park, as directed. Note that when you check out from the hotel they validate your ticket, but you get an additional 12 hours from when you check out - which is brilliant. So you can get parking from 2pm the day before right through into the evening of the following day. (Note also that you do need to put your ticket into the paying machine in the car park - which all worked well for us)

We find that Premier Inns are almost always better than Travelodge places, certainly more consistent in their standards. This was the usual good sized clean and fresh room, the bed was excellent as usual, and nice curtains that keep out the light - should you wish to sleep in. The check out time of 12.00 is very good. The 30 mins per day free WiFi is very useful, and very easy to access. Enough for a quick check of e-mails in the evening, and the following morning.

We find the breakfasts pretty good, and certainly good value if you want a large meal to take you through to perhaps a cake and coffee mid afternoon. In our case, after a large meal the evening before, we decided to nip out and have a smaller breakfast in the nearby Mustard Coffee Bar. If you want fruit juice + cereal + pastries + cooked breakfast etc. then Premier Inn is fine. However if you want truly superb coffee and some artisan breads plus perhaps eggs Benedict, then The Mustard Coffee Bar is a funky choice.

So this Premier Inn worked well for us for an overnight stay and to explore the delights of Norwich. We would come again, but try to arrange to avoid the more expensive Tuesday!

I stayed two nights on business at the start of March. This is a fairy new Premier Inn so everything was clean and modern.

The city centre location is great. FREE car parking is provided by the large St. Andrews multistory next door.

I stayed for one night ahead of meetings the next day. Whilst the hotel didn't offer on-site parking, there was a car park literally 100 yards from the hotel which was very convenient and the hotel will vaildate your ticket for free overnight parking.

The hotel and my room was clean and modern - everything you expect from a Premier Inn. Bed and pillows were super comfy and I didn't need to challenge the 'good night sleep' guarantee. Ate in the restaurant in the evening for convenience and I was impressed with the quality of presentation and the food itself. Breaksfast was similarly impressive and much better than in some more expensive hotel chains.

All in all, no problems and a good value overnight stay. Recommended

I stayed here for a couple of nights last week whilst in Norwich for a wedding, and it was just what I've come to expect from Premier Inn - nothing fancy, but clean, comfy and centrally located. Didn't eat here or have much involvement with any of the staff, but the lass on reception was really helpful and friendly when we checked in.

I stayed there fro business in FEB2012, it is very mordern, very quiet(great night sleep indeed). The hotel was full however, i did not hear a single noise from other rooms around.
good location to go to restaurant too.
Breakfast is v good quality but lack of choice in my opinion for the price.
a very good stay.
