We had a very enjoyable stay at The Premier Inn, Duke Street, Norwich. The room and service and food were were first class. We found the room very clean and comfortable and the service from the staff very obliging. A very enjoyable couple of nights. We will certainly go there again next time we stay in Norwich.

Really comfortable clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Would have liked a little more coffee and milk in the room but could probably have got that from reception if we had asked. Bar didn't open until 6pm which was disappointing. Would have liked to be able to get an alcoholic drink upon arrival at 5pm

Room Tip: Rooms away from the main road are quieter

A few things would improve this prem inn, dimming the lights in corridors on an evening and improving the breakfast would be the top of my list. I stayed in room 307, it was small, clean and fine for me. The bed was less comfortable than other places I have stayed because there was a pronounced joining of the single beds, but still ok. The light from the corridor shone brightly all night and as the door didn't fit correctly it shone through which was a bit of a nuisance. The breakfast was, by premier inn standards, pretty dire. The scrambled eggs were long past their time on the heat tray, the hash browns soggy, greasy and unpleasant. There was no mention by restaurant staff of 'eggs how you like them...' so I had a couple of lumps of egg & trotted off! Reception staff were lovely on check in and departure! Please get your chef working a bit harder!

One of the best Premier Inns that I have stayed in. Perfect situation for shops, restaurants, bars etc. All staff welcoming, friendly and helpful and along with the integral restaurant and bar I found this a very pleasant Hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone wishing to visit Norwich.

We have used Premier Inn many times all over Great Britian. On a recent visit to Norwich we Stayed at the Premier Inn in Duke Street, and although we have never had any problem with Premier Inn this had to be the best yet. We found all the staff very professional whilst going about their duties, extremely smart when it came to dress code and very polite, well mannered and a pleasure to talk to. The location of this paticular Premier Inn is without doupt a must for anyone staying for one or more nights in Norwich as it is in a quiet street within the city centre of Norwich, car parking could not be easier we parked our car the day we arrived and never needed to use it until the day we left, as we were so close to all the city centre attractions.
Norwich is a beautiful city and the standards of the Premier Inn in Duke Street, complament this 100%. We will be visiting Norwich again soon and without hesitation Premier Inn Duke Street will be our place to stay.

Room Tip: All rooms are equal.
