The staff were outstanding, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi worked perfectly all the time. The restaurant served good food, the breakfast was outstanding. Overall a very good hotel for a weekend stay or business travelers.

Room Tip: Request 3rd floor or higher for quieter hallways at night.

Couldn't fault a thing. Friendly and welcoming staff . Very clean and comfortable room. Very close to city centre. Excellent deal on parking in multi-storey near by. Highly recommend. Ideal for people visiting the arts university opposite!

I will always stay in a Premier Inn if there is one suited to my location or circumstance. I consider them to be the perfect example of a motel style accommodation. You know what to expect. They are always clean, modern fresh and the rooms are minimalist but have everything that is required. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. This Premier Inn is no exception. It is ideally placed for walking to all the main sights in Norwich, including the castle, cathedral and Tombland for restaurants. Although the parking is not on site, it is just a few minutes walk away and is free.

Stayed in Premier Inn (Duke Street) City Centre and had a wonderfully relaxing comfortable night there - within easy walking distance of all the sites of central Norwich - the Cathedral and the Castle. They have a car parking arrangement with St Andrew's car park - just next to the Premier Inn which is so handy too.

Went for a weekend away with my boyfriend to Norwich and stayed at the premier inn on Duke Street. It was a lovely hotel, really friendly staff and nice clean room. However, we did not know that you have to park in the multi-storey car park situated next door to the premier inn so we drove around for ages trying to find the car park, in the end we went in and asked and they told us to park in the multi-storey. It was a bit annoying because the premier inn is on a one way system so we drove around for ages but the car park is fine, lots of parking and the reception staff at the hotel scan your ticket so that you don't have to pay anything. If you are going for a night out in Norwich I would recommend Mercy, really big club and good music!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this premier inn as it's really nice and only a few minutes drive from the town centre.
