Stayed one night during our three weeks in the UK staying at mainly IHG hotels. This was the best we had come across. Best bed and air conditioning, a good combination on these hot days.

Restaurant and staff were all good, would stay again.

Thank you for your positive comments in regards to your recent stay at the holiday inn Norwich City. Yes the hot weather was kept at bay by our air conditioning public areas and individual controlled system in the rooms. I have relayed your comments to the restaurant staff. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon to the Holiday Inn Norwich City. Kind Regards

Had a 4 night stay attending a convention. Great staff, they want you to enjoy your stay, so friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and evening meal, all good. Clean rooms. Love the layout of the hotel foyer and restaurant. Couldn't have been looked after any better. Want to visit again.

Room Tip: You can have pitch view or street view. Nice to see the pitch I guess but all Ok really

Excellent base for exploring Norwich with a 10 minute walk from the station. The room was clean with plenty of storage for hanging up clothes etc. The bathroom had what you would expect, all to a good standard. With it being directly attached to Norwich City Football Club, expect some noise on match days - otherwise a faultless hotel.

Thank you for your positive comments. Our rooms have been designed with comfort in mind and finished to the highest standards. We do always communicate out any possible disturbances in advance and we are fortunate to have ample car park space and double glazed windows to keep the noise level to a minimum. Went to Norwich for 2 nights. There is nothing to do in this city...quite boring actually...thankfully hotel was good which saved our trip. Friendly staff specially bar staff - we had dinner on both nights and nothing was trouble...well done and keep up the good work.

The only thing I could fault with this hotel was the yomp from there into the city centre which was a "good" walk. The hotel staff were first rate and the rooms were beautifully clean, spacious and well appointed.
Staff on reception were courteous and helpful and the whole experience means that despite the yomp, we will choose this as our place to stay in Norwich.

Great stuff.

Room Tip: We choice an executive room on the top floor. Blimmin lovely.
