It's a very different experience. The coffee is completely amazing, prepared in a lot of different ways. And Jose, the owner, is an expert in the matter.

The coffee is one of the best I have tried, decoration is original but must important is the fantastic service and friendly atmosphere.

This place is on my way into to the city but I would make a detour if it wasn't.

I love coffee with all its complexities, gadgets and ritual but it pales in comparison for the love the owner has for the humble bean. He told me "I am brewing this cup with water 2 degrees lower than normal as I have found it brings out a better sweetness" which is an indication of how much care is put into each cup. He is also very friendly and we had a great geek out about coffee.

The quality of the coffee is high. The flat white has very smooth creamy foam with a well balanced coffee coming in behind. The flavor is smooth and hit the spot. It wasn't served too hot as many places do.
Another time I had a double espresso which as expected had a thick crema and rich flavor. A hint of sweetness and a smooth lingering finish.

If you like Hayleys then give this place a go because it is of the same class. Yay another brilliant coffee spot on the scene.
