Reviewed 22 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Stayed here from 14th October till 20th October and what can I say.Ive been to Whitby and surrounds for the past few years and wish could have found this place beforehand. It was very clean everything you needed for cooking etc well presented throughout and added bonus of the garden and conservatory Whitby is about 10 mins walk which we all enjoyed bit of a puff coming back but hey Whitby is full of hills. Its close to Robin Hoods Bay,Heartbeat country Goathland Pickering the war weekend all in all a great time and the owner Robert is very helpful and must be proud of this little gem, would we return, yes and would recommend to friends and family well done Robert !!

“Fantastic Location & stunnwe wer not disappointed. ing views”
Reviewed 17 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

The bungalow was recommended by my Partners work mates who have stayed here several times before and have to say we were not disappointed. We had the added advantage of having great weather so able to make full use of the terrace in the evening and just a 10 minute walk even in heeled shoes to the pubs and restaurants and the up hill walk back helped burn off the over indulgence in wine and food , We would definitely stay again.

“Cracking little bungalow.”
Reviewed 25 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay you have found it in this bungalow. Fitted out and maintained to a very high standard with heating control at your finger tips you have no reason not to enjoy your stay here. We stayed here for Goth weekend and found it to be a nice quiet retreat with parking which is a major plus when staying in Whitby. If you want to use a taxi into town it is only 4.40 one way or there is a short steep path into Whitby which is well lit in the evening. Robert the owner is easy to contact and very helpful.
The kitchen has a washer and dishwasher and everything else you need whether eating in or out. Good sized lounge and conservatory so you don't feel squashed in if there are four of you. Good home from home.

“A gem of a place”
Reviewed 22 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Fantastic bungalow immaculately presented and extremely well equipped.
We stayed for 3 days and found we didn't need to use the car at all as all the amenities of Whitby could be accessed on foot by reasonably mobile people.. Having a drive and garage was also an advantage.
I feel that I could highly recommend this place without fear of anyone being disappointed..

“Excellent!”
Reviewed 30 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

Just returned from this bungalow, what a gift it was! Everything was brilliant, clean, tidy and really really modern. Sitting in the conservatory overlooking the park and to the right you could see the gothic church at the top of the hill. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, we did a big Christmas dinner there. It was a 10/15 minute walk down to the harbour and loads of shops/pubs/chip shops and a lovely coop there. There was a few restaurants, Indian/Chinese and various others. But it was a steep hill coming back! Had taxi a couple of times when it rained. All in all fantastic place to go and would definitely return. Robert the owner was very helpful too, nothing was ever a problem. Thank you Robert for a lovely Christmas. Cheryl and Gordon.
