Arrived at York maze on a warm day in august 2015 and was warmly welcomed by the lady standing outside telling visitors what was on .
The gift shop is very very over priced £7.50 for a really small teddy ..... really.
The food was nice also very very expensive £7.95 for a burger and fries.. With a family of 5 it soon adds up I think they need to rethink there prices apart from that things to do were good maze of confusion was a good but trippy experience the maze themselves were great and the play areas were great with plenty to do slides bouncing pillows obstacle course all in all a good day out we even seen pig racing kids loved it so recommend as long as you take a picnic..
Would of gave excellent review if it weren't for the over priced gifts and food.

Brilliant day out wirth every penny loved the maze well thought out and all the other attractions here are brilliant loved the pig racing was definitely a highlight and fun to watch the pigs looked very happy and cared for the park was very very clean lots of members of staff clearing out bins regularly and picking up any littler wasp traps all around. All the staff were very friendly chatty and helpful. Lovely gift shop to visit, hall of mirrors was a fun experience i wont forget anytime soon. recommend to everyone lots of places to sit down and eat prices very reasonable the only thing i would say is the paths are a little hard to get prams round as they are made up by rocks and some of them are quite large but you can always walk on the grass. Will definitely go back .

Having visited for the Hallowscream Halloween event, I had only seen the field in the dark previously.
We went in the maze first, and whilst we only found 3 of the Thunderbirds, we found the exit and decided to cut our losses rather than plunge back in. We played the crazy golf (sorry for the loosing one of the blue balls in the bushes), and did the smaller maze of illusions, and finger paint maze, before going back to the main field.
After lunch (the burgers are worth the money, but we could've shared a portion of chips rather than getting one each), I was wondering how we were going to stay a reasonable amount of time longer, but ended up leaving at 5.45pm.
We did the House of Cornfusion three times, and the queues for the slides and jumping pillow took a little time, as it was quite busy, mainly due to it being a sunny day.
The staff do an amazing job, although the 'actors' on the crow ride seemed a little jaded at doing the same script every ten minutes.
I was concerned that there may be extra costs once inside, but other than water bombs, and remote controlled boats and small fairground style quads there didn't seem to be anything to pay for.
My 10 year old nephew had a great day, and didn't get chance to do everything.

We had so much fun, arrived at 10 and didn't leave until half 6!!!
Our daughters (3&5) absolutely loved it. They never stopped all day. There was enough to keep them busy and although we managed to do everything we could've stayed another couple of hours as they were enjoying it so much!
What's really good is everything is included after you pay the entrance fee.
The staff are the nicest I've ever come across, all are so friendly and spend lots of time talking to everyone.
For those people who live near then I can really see that an annual pass would be fantastic!
We will definitely return and I can see it becoming an annual visit thank you farmer Tom it was brilliant

We've been coming here nearly every year for the last 5 and they've really improved the place - hence the fairly expensive admission.

Get there early!! We arrived for 10am and had the place to ourselves more or less for 45 minutes meaning the kids got on all the good stuff with no queues!!

Take a picnic as the BBQ is a bit ropey and a towel and spare clothes so the kids can use the sand pit and water area.

Well worth a trip :)
